Appartement charmant

Mon mari et moi avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement doté de tout le confort et bien équipé. A proximité des commerces et supermarchés et non loin des plages de Jouan les pins. L'hÎte Caroline était trÚs serviable et gentille, elle nous a accueillis avec une bouteille de vin dans le frigo. TrÚs recommandé, j'espÚre revenir, à bientÎt.

Schöne Wohnung mit grosser Terrasse

Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen um die Ferien in Juan-les-Pins und Antibes, zu Fuss zu geniessen. Sie ist gepflegt und sauber und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Dank der Klimaanlage ist es auch im August angenehm in der Wohnung. Alles wichtige ist in der NĂ€he. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Conforme au descriptif

J'ai passé un trÚs bon séjour. L'appartement est proche de toutes commodités. Pas loin de la mer. Si vous visitez le vieil Antibes, vous pouvez y aller à pied. J'ai fait pas mal de visites à sans aucun problÚme

Appartamento comodo, in buona posizione, funzionale

In posizione comodissima a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Juan Les Pins e a 10 minuti di passeggiata dal mare della Grande Plage (anche meno se si scelgono le spiagge piccole a ridosso della pineta). L'appartamento Ăš dotato di elettrodomestici nuovi, ben funzionanti, di doccia comoda in un bagno ampio ed Ăš spazioso, anche grazie al terrazzo molto grande che permette di pranzare fuori. Sotto casa ci sono un supermercato aperto fino alle 22, due panettieri, una macelleria/rosticceria e una pizzeria da asporto dove, per la prima volta, siamo rimasti sorpresi dalla bontĂ  di una pizza all'estero (la Provenzale su tutte!). Unici nei: il caldo di notte, la mancanza di zanzariere che Ăš perĂČ Ăš comune a tante case in Francia, i tre piani di scale in un palazzo un po' trasandato ma tranquillo. Prezzo imbattibile in alta stagione!

Séjour agréable

L'appartement est fonctionnel, agréable avec une grande terrasse aménagée et bien situé. L'emplacement est idéal si non véhiculé car proche de la gare, des commerces et de la plage. Le cÎté rue est un peu bruyant la nuit avec le passage des voitures, ce qui est normal pendant la période estivale en station balnéaire. L'accueil est sympathique avec mise à disposition de boissons a notre arrivée. La communication c'est bien déroulée.

En revanche, nous regrettons le faite de ne pas avoir Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venu qu’il y avait des gros travaux juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© qui nous a rĂ©veillĂ© tout les jours samedi et 15 Aout compris entre 7h et 7h30 du matin pour des vacances c’est pas top d’autant que les travaux ont dĂ©marrer depuis des mois et ne sont pas prĂȘt de finir ...
