Little house with pool 4 people

Rural cottage (the Ardèche caverns) totally new 50 m² fully independent with a garden of about 400 m² and a terrace of 25 m² South-West, quiet in the countryside, located in the heart of southern Ardèche on the heights of Les Vans (medical station, pharmacies, supermarkets ...).
The studio is close to tourist sites: Chauvet cave, Vallon Pont d'Arc, caves: Cocalière, Orgnac aven, ... and picturesque villages in the area (Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, Ruoms, Vogüé, Balazuc, Labeaume )

New 2019: Swimming pool 9x4m under construction, available early May 2019.

- 2 bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed, the other with 2 bunk beds

beautiful and quiet place

We had a very nice time in this beautiful countryhouse from Sarah and Anthony. You find everything you need and its well organised and clean. A great place to stay as a family. We had some nice afternoons playing tabletennis or relaxing on the porch. Our son loved the animals- especially the dog. :)

Excellente semaine !

Après une légère déception à l’arrivée lorsque nous avons découvert un deuxième gîte avec qui partager la superbe piscine, nous avons été très agréablement surpris par le confort et la qualité du logement. L’environnement est arboré, calme, loin de la route (mais à 400m à pieds, par un chemin, du centre et du pain frais 😉) ensoleillé toute la journée jusqu’au soir, et à une quarantaine de minutes de Vallon Pont D’Arc, ses activités, ses ruelles animées ainsi que de la Grotte Chauvet 2. Anthony est disponible, serviable, discret et partage avec beaucoup de gentillesse ses bons plans et sa connaissance de la région. Adresse à garder même si la prochaine sera à faire avec des amis ou de la famille dans l’autre gîte !

Bien dans l’ensemble mais des améliorations à apporter

Rien à redire si ce n’est le confort à améliorer : lit à ressorts (!), manque de coussins, table de terrasse en bois ajourée avec bancs (!) et visibilité sur l’autre gîte et ses occupants.

4 Betten, Küche, Bad, Sofa, Netflix: alles, was man braucht in ruhiger Abgeschiedenheit

Das Häuschen auf dem Grundstück der sehr freundlichen Vermieter Sarah und Anthony ist neu gebaut und modern ausgestattet. Die letzten 100m Zufahrtstraße sind unbefestigt und nichts für tiefergelegte Sportwagen. Das Bad verdient diesen Namen mit einer tollen heißen Dusche (es war noch sehr kalt zum Motorradfahren). Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, und zusätzlich gibt es ein Raclette-Set! Für kühle dunkle Winterabende gibt es Netflix, da kann man sich die Sprache aussuchen, falls einen französisches Fernsehen nicht weiterbringt :-) Ich war im Winter in der Hütte, die über eine Heizung im Wohn-/Esszimmer/Küche und eine im Bad verfügt. Erstere kann auch kühlen. Es gibt eine beschattete Veranda Richtung Westen; ich denke, dass das im Sommer sehr schön dort ist. Der Pool nebenan befindet sich im Bau (Stand 02/2019), ebenso eine größere Ferienwohnung auf dem gleichen Gelände in gebührendem Abstand. Im Winter empfiehlt sich die Mitnahme warmer Socken für den kalten Fußboden. Ich war sehr gerne dort und würde auch noch einmal dorthin reisen.
