Very comfortable, extremely clean chalet

Our family really enjoyed staying here for almost 2 weeks in October. A bright and sunny, very comfortable, extremely clean chalet, with everything you need. It's in a great location for gorgeous views and ease of access into La Clusaz centre, L'Etale lift and La Croix Fry. Lots of super walks all around the area. Having both a sauna and jacuzzi made it extra special and Melanie the property manager was very helpful.

Great Chalet

We had a really great tim in the Chalet. The Location is quite, with great view and perfect starting point for hiking trips.

Dear Michael, indeed Chalet Cristal des Neiges is in a great location to enjoy what the area has to offer. After a great day in the mountains, or exploring Annecy Lake, guests can enjoy a barbecue on the terrace or a dip in the hot tub while admiring the view. In winter the sauna is most welcome after a day in the snow. The OVO Network team hopes to welcome you soon!

Chalet parfait pour des vacances au calme

L'accueil fut impeccable et chaleureux, merci Céline ! Le chalet est top, rien ne manque, tout est parfaitement conforme à l'offre du site. Local à skis pratique, sauna génial et jacuzzi prêt à l'emploi, bois en suffisance pour soirées "cocoon" et cuisine très bien équipée. Nous avons profité à fond et reviendrons sûrement.

Superbe !

Superbe chalet, très bien équipé et très bien placé. Le sauna, le spa, les porte-chaussures chauffant ont été très appréciés. Des petits problème non majeurs : les télés étaient en panne (on a su après que le cable d'antenne avait été brulé car trop proche de la cheminée) et le réparateur n'a pu venir qu'après 4 jours - Wifi pas toujours fonctionnelle.

Merci Jean-Marc pour vos commentaires concernant le chalet Cristal des Neiges. Nous avons contacté le propriétaire concernant les petits soucis évoqués. Le câble a été réparé depuis. Il est vrai que le Wifi n'est pas toujours au top dans les montagnes, mais c'est la rançon pour des vues extraordinaires :) L'Equipe OVO Network
