Single storey with large pond and pool. 4 bedrooms (2 ensuite) + Living Room, Dining Room and Large TV Den. Outdoor deck with dining for 8 and lounge area. Sonos indoors and outdoors. Kid friendly with toys and outdoor games (ping pong, volleyball, soccer, bikes, etc.). Large front and backyard.
