STUNNING LUXURY HOME ~ PRIVATE POOL/HOT TUB ~ PERFECT HAMPTONS GETAWAY ~ MBH

Enjoy the beauty of being in East Hampton.
Walk to the beach Fabulous sunset and views, beautiful beaches, hiking, bicycling, discover wine country and so much more! Our luxurious vacation home has a beautifully yard situated with a heated pool, amazing pavilion with kitchen and fireplace and a outdoor bbq. Inside there are 3 full baths, 4 large bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen and an open floor plan, CABLE TV with all movie channels, WiFi and central air conditioning. There’s plenty of room - the house sleeps 10!

Inside:
Main floor: kitchen with island, dining area with high top table, living room with tv, full bathroom with shower, bedroom 1 with queen bed, bedroom 2 with full bed

Upper level: lofted office/bedroom space with a daybed and pull out trundle, full bathroom with shower, master bedroom with king bed

Lower level: laundry room, bedroom with 2 twin beds and king size bed, open floor plan 'loft' with another daybed and trundle, full bathroom with tub and shower

Important Note: Pool & hot tub close the first week of October & open second week of June



Recommended to purchase the trip insurance through VRBO

To heat the pool and hot tub it is $50 per day each. We have itemized pricing for these two amenities. Should there be any issue with the pool or hot tub heater or something else, please notify owner or property manager right away. Guest can be credited for these services should they not work during their stay (only if owner knows right away).

Note: The East Hampton area has a lot of land and is very woodsy. At times, especially when there is a storm or bad weather, the WiFi and internet connection may be slow or lag.If there are any issues with the WiFi, you can trouble shoot it.

Important Note: Should you find any complaints or issues with the property, please report them to my property management or myself team within one hour of check in / arrival to the property. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept or validate the claim or accusation. The outside of the property has 24 hr video surveillance for security purposes.

We came for a long weekend to celebrate a big birthday. The house is wonderful and has everything you need. Michael was highly responsive when we had questions or could not find things. Beautiful outdoor areas too. Close to the beach.

Fantastic property and location

We've rented several houses in the Springs over the years and this was hands down the best one we've seen. Incredible location with a short walk to one of the nicest and quietest beaches in the area and good proximity to coffee, etc., in addition to being just an easy 10-15 min drive to town. The pool and backyard are lovely too. Michael is a great host and the place was immaculately clean for our check-in. We hope to be back and highly recommend this property!

Labor Day Week

Michael's home was beautiful and clean as advertised. It was spacious and open and allowed our group to enjoy our time together whether we were inside or out. The pool, hot tub and outdoor bbq were in great condition and we would definitely go back to spend another weekend on this property. Great proximity to the beach as well.

Beautiful house, even better location

The house is truly beautiful, and our family had a great time. Even though we had a pool, we were a five minute walk from the beach, which made everyone fall in love with the place. Michael was incredibly helpful from beginning to end, and we will probably make this a new, early summer ritual. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Amazing !!!

My family and I stayed at Michael’s place this past weekend. We had an amazing time!! He was so responsive with any questions we had and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The backyard was wonderful and we loved the hot tub. The house was a quick walk to a quiet beach that our dogs and kids loved !!! We will absolutely be back again this summer !! Thanks Michael !

A Perfect Birthday Weekend

We recently rented the house in for a birthday celebration, and it was an absolute delight. The highlight of our stay was the lovely pool which provided endless entertainment and relaxation for all of us. Happy in The Hamptons

Our family had a great stay at this lovely home. The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The beach down the road was amazingly secluded, with a beautiful sunset. Just a short ride to Main Street, where there were many shops to be enjoyed. It was a wonderful Hamptons experience. Michael was very easy to get a hold of when needed. We did have an issue with the pool and hot tub the first day, but there was a pool cleaning service that arrived early morning the day after. There was a blown fuse that disrupted the upstairs A/C, but again, Michael was readily available to walk us through troubleshooting. Overall, we had a great stay, and recommend you stay as well!

DISGRACEFUL - Family Trip Ruined

DISGRACEFUL - We were a family of 10 coming from 2 different states. 3.5 hours before check-in the “property manager” texted us saying, “we had a pipe burst at the house due to the previous guests and we are working on getting an emergency plumber to come fix the issue. However, it does not look like we will be able to fix it in time for your arrival today. The house will not be available for a check in today. You can come tomorrow afternoon and we will refund you for tonight.” We told her that if the house will be ready tomorrow, then the “pipe burst” couldn’t be that bad, and we can live with it since we had no other options. The “property manager” then wrote “I spoke with the owner and he is not comfortable with anyone being in the house today. The house is not usable right now and it is a liability since it’s not safe.” Since we were in the area and it seemed fishy, we stopped by the house to see how bad it was. We found 6 cars in the driveway and 15-20 people having a party. 2 of the ppl we spoke with confirmed the owners name and THEY WERE FRIENDS WITH HIM. They laughed when they heard what he had done to our family. We were lied to so his friends could use the house that we booked months before. We would never trust someone like this. Renter beware when booking this house as he could cancel last minute and leave you stranded just like us….Finding a place to stay for 4 kids & 6 adults on day of arrival in the Hamptons is not fun. Reservation was Cancelled by Owner.
