Rental of 32 m2 in Miomo, near the pretty port of Erbalunga. Calm and pleasant environment, 3 mins walk from the sea. On the garden level of a traditional house, the apartment has a breathtaking view of the sea and the islands of the Tuscan archipelago. You can enjoy your meals in the private garden, next to the swimming pool. The apartment consists of an independent kitchen, a large bedroom-living room and a comfortable shower room. Garden table and deckchairs will allow you to enjoy the sun. A small sloping path will lead you to the parking lot of our house. You can also park down the path and walk up.
The nearby small fishing port of Erbalunga will welcome you for an evening in one of its restaurants or a musical evening in its green theater. You are at the entrance of Cap Corse and its breathtaking and wild landscapes. And you are not very far from Balagne, its charm and its authentic products.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine wunderschöne Lage im Berg mit einem tollen Blick auf das MeerIn der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden. Sie ist sauber und sehr ruhig, haben selten so viel Ruhe im Urlaub genossen. Wir hatten den Pool eigentlich immer für uns alleine. Es war sehr schön, danke Familie Torre für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Miomo et avons été très bien reçus par Martine et Patrick. C'est un havre de paix, dans une végétation luxuriante, avec une très belle vue sur la mer et l'île d'Elbe. Nous avons bien apprécié la piscine.

Martine hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns ihre gut ausgestattete , wunderschön gelegene Ferienwohnung präsentiert. Zur Begrüßung gab es Blumen aus dem Garten, kaltes Mineralwasser, Canistrelli und sogar Poolhandtücher.Die Vermieter Martine und Patrick waren sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar.Den herrlichen Pool konnten wir alleine genießen. Am Beeindruckendsten war die phänomenale Aussicht.Die abenteuerliche Auffahrt war mit unserem T Roc nach anfänglighen Zweifeln doch ganz gut zu meistern.Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Immer wieder gerne.

Ferienwohnung

Es war ein sehr schönes Anwesen. Die Auffahrt zum Grundstück etwas abenteuerlich (für uns nicht, wir hatten einen kleinen C3). Die Wohnung war in Ordnung und hatte alles was man braucht. Einzig das Bett ist für normale Mitteleuropäer zu schmal.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Wir hatten tolles Wetter, damit kam auch der Pool zum Einsatz. Den hatten wir für uns alleine und ist groß genug, um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Der Blick aufs Meer ist mega und die Außenanlagen waren echt klasse. Palmen und Oleander, alles schön arrangiert.Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Aber immer im Hintergrund. Die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft stellt für einen SUV aber ein echtes Problem dar, wir mussten an der Straße parken und auch mit Einkäufen die ca. 200 Meter echten Steilhang bewältigen.Ein toller Urlaub.

Anreise erschwerlich, Haus ist nicht so leicht zu finden, Einfahrt sehr Abenteuerlich, Vermieter sehr Nett, Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett ist für 2 Erwachsene etwas zu schmal und etwas zu hart ( das mag ja jeder anders), der Pool und die Terasse sind super. Schöner Urlaub bei Torre‘s

Korsika Urlaub

Wir haben wundervolle Urlaubstage in Korsika verbracht. In unserer Unterkunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von Martine begrüßt. Das Appartement ist sehr geschmack-voll eingerichtet, und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Besonders angetan waren wir von dem liebevoll gesteckten Blumenbouqet und den wohlschmeckenden regionalen "Biscuits", die auf dem Tisch für uns platziert waren. Der herrliche Ausblick hat bei uns einen unver-gesslichen Eindruck hinterlassen. Unser Fahrzeug war leider nicht geeignet, die letzten Meter bis zum Anwesen zu fahren. Das daraus entstehende Problem mit dem Parkkplatz und des Koffertransportes wurden im handumdrehen gelöst. Für die Hilfsbereitschaft und freundliche Betreuung sind wir sehr dankbar. Dieser Urlaub hat bei uns einen sehr positiven Eindruck vom Gastgeber und Land hinterlassen.

Sejour paradisiaque

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour sur une île de beauté qui porte bien son nom. La location est confortable et se situe dans un cadre exceptionnel, vue sur la mer magnifique, tranquillité, beau jardin et acces direct a la piscine.un petit bijou dans les hauteurs. Un grand merci a Martine et Patrick qui sont adorables,attentionnés et de bons conseils. Une semaine de reve,nous reviendrons..encore un grand MERCI. stephane et ana.

Réclamation

Suite a notre séjour chez madame Torre Martine a Miomo location no #1027552 reservation HA -vryx15 nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d.avoir à àffranchir une côte assez raide et de surcroît très étroite dans le virage avant d ‘atteindre le no 103. J ai accroché mon véhicule sur le côté droit (2 portières) et quelques jours après nous avons eu la surprise des rayures sur le capot avant et le capot arrière du coffre. J ai déposé plainte à la gendarmerie de mon domicile Rochefort du Gard 30650, cela nous a causé des frais perte de 2fois 350 euros de franchise. En conséquence je demande un geste commercial auprès de vous d n’avance merci. Par contre les propriétaires très correct et sympathique appartement irréprochable. Veuillez croire Monsieur le directeur en mes respectueuses salutations. Ettori /Duchesne.

Sehr nettes Anwesen und sehr freundliche Gastgeber

Das Anwesen mit der Wohnung ist sehr nett. Die Wohnung klein, aber ausreichend groß und mit allem ausgestatten was man benötigt (incl. sehr leiser Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine). Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit kalten Getränken im Kühlschrank und frischen Blumen auf dem Tisch! Der Weg zur Wohnung ist sehr (sehr!) schmal und für unseren GLC (und auch einen X3) nicht unbedingt geeignet, den Weg jeden Tag zu nutzen (Parken auf der Straße, ca. 5 Minuten zur Wohnung). Oder ich persönlich bin zu ängstlich :-) . Gerne jederzeit wieder, wenn Korsika das Urlaubsziel sein sollte.

Ein wunderschönes Plätzchen!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit von Martine und Patrick empfangen.Die Wohnung war sehr hübsch und stilvoll eingerichtet,es fehlte an Nichts.Ganz besonders hat uns der tropische Garten mit dem kleinen Pool und dem großartigen Blick übers Meer gefallen.Ganz in der Nähe gab es viele kleine Restaurants und Märkte.Abends konnten wir auf der Terrasse die Ruhe und den Sternenhimmel genießen.

Mooi en rustgevend

Perfecte start van onze vakantie. Prachtige tuin, veel zitjes en comfort. Waanzinnig uitzicht. Goede bedden. Veel privacy ondanks dat eigenaren in huis erboven wonen. Zwembad is heerlijk om dag te starten.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, tolle Lage

Wunderschöne stilvolle und top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung am Hang mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Vermieter sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Strände und Ziele in der Umgebung sind gut zu erreichen. Bastia und Umgebung bietet eine Fülle an Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Wanderwege, Restaurants.
