VILLA CASA KOKO
a newly furnished tourist of 93m2 (construction 2018) classified 3*** by the CDT des landes. The villa offers:

*On the ground floor, a living room of 35 m2 with kitchen, large dining table of 10 people (extension), living area with TV, a master suite (bed 160) with TV and bathroom, 1 separate toilet
*On the floor, 2 double rooms with bed 140 and television in each room and a dormitory with 4 bunk beds, a bathroom, 1 separate toilet
*Outside: 6.60 x 3.70 bean-shaped pool is secured by gates, equipped with a staircase and provided with 130m2 synthetic grass beaches, heated April pool in Toussaint (set to 27 degrees). 40m2 wooden terrace.
3 parking spaces in the property, the rest of the garden is fully enclosed.

VACATION WITHOUT A CAR!
Villa Casa Koko is 1.2 km from the sandy beach, 1km from the beach of Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains Lake, 500m from the city centre, close to shops (Bakery at 150m, Super U at 600m), direct access to the bike paths right in front of the house! Regarding the neighborhood, the house is located near the house is located near the center of the resort, in town, so the neighborhood is not 100% quiet.
In addition to the 2 VTC bikes loaned free of charge, we suggest you rent bikes for a vacation without a car! Les Landes is a department that offers an immense network of bike paths, nothing easier to circulate here, without effort: everything is flat!

Tout était parfait. Nous avons passé les fêtes de fin d'année à la villa CASA KOKO où nous avons réuni notre famille (3 générations). Villa très bien équipée, idéalement placée (commerces, plages, forêt). Adresse à garder.

Très très content de notre semaine, accueil super, maison très bien équipée que ce soit pour les petits ou les plus grands. Proche de tout commerce. Point négatif le bord de route assez bruyant même la nuit. Gros regret sans rapport avec la maison mais la saison touristique ne commence qu’en juillet aucune activité à faire avant. Gros retard par rapport à côté d azur à ce niveau là dans les Landes c’est bien dommage

Villa très fonctionnelle, espace pour tous les âges, emplacement parfait, proche du centre, des boutiques et de la plage. Tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo. Propriété propre et avec toutes les commodités. Très bon accueil. Même avec du mauvais temps, le séjour à été super.

Maison très agréable, propre et très fonctionnelle

La maison est très bien située à 10 mns à pied du centre du Vieux Boucau. Julie est une propriétaire très avenante et très serviable. Elle est chaleureuse et toujours disponible. La maison est parfaite pour les petits et pour les grands, elle est très confortable. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et de la terrasse. Encore merci à Julie, nous avons passé 2 semaines formidables.

Un excellent séjour dans une maison très pratique

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable au sein de la villa Casa Koko. Proche de la mer, la maison possède de nombreuses activités (ping-pong, pétanque, fléchettes, bouées, playstation etc) qui sont tres appréciables. Propre et moderne, elle dispose de deux grandes tables une a l’intérieur pour les jours de pluie et une a l’extérieur mais a l’ombre pour les beaux jours, nous étions 8 C’était parfait ! Je recommande cet emplacement, et remercie la villa pour son accueil.

Ganz tolles Haus

Ein tolles Haus ca. 25 Minuten Fussweg vom Strand entfernt. Alles wie im Objektbeschrieb. Leider etwas sehr nahe an der Recht stark befahrenen Strasse soll aber nach Vermieterangabe mit Lärmschutzwand verbessert werden. Vermieterin top sehr gerne wieder!

Perfektion mit Wohlfühlcharakter ! Vielen Dank!

Das Haus ist neu, steht in idealer Lage. Ein paar Schritte und man ist beim Bäcker, im Stadtkern... Ein Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe, in derselben Straße. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, dass das Haus nicht abgelegen liegt. Das Ferienobjekt lässt keine Wünsche offen. Schon die Inneneinrichtung hat Stil, ist modern, stimmig, elegant und gleichzeitig bis ins Detail liebevoll gestaltet. Ganz großes Kompliment an die Besitzerin Julie! Dasselbe gilt für die gesamte Inneneinrichtung, wie Küche, Bäder, Schlafräume und die herrliche Außenanlage. Der Besitzer Ludovic, hat an alles gedacht! Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, TV, Spielkonsolen, Musikanlagen, Fön ... Im Garten befindet sich ein herrlicher beheizter Pool, den man mit einem Roboter reinigen kann. So überlassen die Besitzer den Feriengästen das Haus in völliger Eigenregie. Wir spielten Tischtennis, Boule, den Sandkasten haben wir nicht genutzt:), auch ein Grill ist da. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden für einen perfekten Urlaub. Das Grundstück ist klug durchdacht ausgelegt, so dass man ganz für sich allein viel Platz hat und zugleich in das Städtchen integriert ist. Auch der Strand ist nicht weit weg, es stehen sogar Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Wir hatten allerdings einen Hund dabei. Dieser konnte ein paar Schritte weiter vor dem Haus Gassi gehen. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war perfekt. Sie sind super sympathisch und zuverlässig. Das spiegelt sich letztlich am Gesamtbild des angebotenen Objektes! Wir verbrachten unsere Ferien schon in vielen Ferienhäusern. Aber dieses hier übertrifft an Sauberkeit, Modernität, Komfort und funktionalem Luxus alle bisherigen! Vielen Dank an Julie und Ludovic für einen glücklichen, erholsamen Urlaub!!

New, spacious and clean house, close to everything you need, nice private pool

We spent 2 weeks in this modern, nice house end August / beginning Sept. 2018. The house is very new, spacious, clean, and has a nice large combined living room and kitchen. The nice and spacious patio can be accessed by two large glass doors. The kitchen is fully equipped by everything you need, outside you find a gas grill. Bathrooms are modern and the bedrooms nice and clean. The patio, pool and garden are protected by a wooden fence, so there is lots of privacy although the house is located at a busy road. Everything you need is in close proximity: restaurants, supermarkets, the beach. Highly recommended to rent a bike (or take bikes with you) to ride the large network of bike pathways in the region. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Also the owner Julie was very responsive and always responded withing a short time. The only reason that we do not rate 5 stars is the busy road in front of the house (of course nothing the owner can change, just the location). In holiday seasons it is noisy also during nighttimes and early morning what could be difficult for people who are not used to live at places with busy roads. But, again, this may be a very subjective impression and probably not bothering people who are used to it. Thank you very much, Julie!

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine entre amis -avec 3 enfants- et tout est fait pour que l'on se sente bien dans cette maison de vacances toute neuve. L'équipement est bien pensé, la cuisine fonctionnelle et les différentes zones de vie bien réparties. Très accueillants, nos hôtes se sont montrés disponibles et à notre écoute. Le plus indéniable, la piscine, parfaitement sécurisée avec sa barrière!! La forme est bien étudiée avec une margelle tout autour, les enfants se sont régalés. Il est possible de se rendre à pieds au centre ville. La plage est également accessible facilement. Ne pas hésiter!
