Step inside this elegant extra large craftsman style home done to resemble a mountain lodge getaway. 4 Bedrooms + den + loft , 3.5 bath, pool table, private spa with an impeccable designer interior and spectacular golf course and mountain views. Sitting on the Sierra Star golf course, the 3000+ sq. feet semi detached home highlights spacious living with 2 primary suites, gas fireplace, views galore, sleeping for 12.

Location is everything, You are 2 minutes to Eagle Lodge, Village or town. This is best in class in Mammoth for 5 star rentals. This mountain home is a tri-level home. Walk in and experience 24 ft. high vaulted ceilings, furnished with Stickley Mission and Amish built furniture, with Pendleton mountain fabrics. The deck off the dining room overlooks the golf course. Views are at every window.

The kitchen features GE stainless steel appliances, 2 coffee makers (bring your k-cups and coffee beans), microwave, wine fridge, and cooking gear. You like martinis, wine, Irish coffee, beer or a mule? You'll find all the glassware to serve in style. The deck has a BBQ for summer use. Sip drinks and eat poo-poos on the deck and watch for the deer to hop by.

The living room has a 75" Smart TV, with high speed internet, the streaming prime channels, and a Blue-Ray player for movie night. There is a sound bar for music so Bluetooth your phone to get tunes to play. The sofa is overstuffed for comfort, you’ll never want to get up out of the feather stuffed Pendleton chairs, and the 2 leather recliners create the conversation circle. There is a desk for laptops. The 1/2 bathroom is on this level.

Upstairs is the primary suite. With a Cal King Bed, 60" Smart TV, walk in closets and a full size window seat that overlooks more views of the area. The ensuite bathroom has double sinks, a soaking tub and a separate large shower for 2.

The loft is on this level. It has a Brunswick pool table, plenty of cues and balls to play the favorites. The pool table is surrounded by sofas for a great family game, and there are 2 twin daybeds here.

Downstairs on the first level is the den with a 75" Smart TV. The deck on this level has the private spa. It will be hot and ready for your arrival. It overlooks the golf course. The sofa in the den makes into a Queen bed.

The 2nd master bedroom is on this level. It has a California King bed, 60" Smart TV, and a full ensuite bathroom.

The 3rd bedroom is on this level with a Queen bed and 50" Smart TV and shares a full bathroom with Bedroom 4 which has 2 Twin beds and another 50" Smart TV. There are 6 TVs in this home. The room without a TV is the laundry room but it has a full size washer and dryer and a boot dryer instead!

Amenities include: Laundry Room, Gas Fireplace, Private Jacuzzi Spa, Billiard Table, major appliances including wine fridge, soundbar, 6 TVs, 2 private decks with view and an amazingly close location to the slopes, town and village. You walk to the clubhouse to play golf. We'll give you the number to meet up with the pro. If you don't want to cook, we can provide a beautiful dinner party for you with our private chef or for something less posh, a list of the best restaurants that deliver.

We set the home up for you with eco friendly towels, linens and soap amenities. We clean up when you leave. Your responsibility is to clean the kitchen if you use it.

4 car parking = 2 cars in the garage 6' 10" door height, with remote opening, and 2 cars in the driveway. No boats, trailers or RVs are allowed in this private area. The home has forced air zone heating, automatic humidifying. This home does not have air conditioning. Pets are not allowed. Ask us about our other pet friendly rentals if you need to bring a pet.

Before dispatch of key codes and upon booking, our rental agreement must be signed and returned. This is a quiet and tranquil neighborhood. No Pets. No Parties. No Exceptions.

Hi Jefferson, with our deepest gratitude from myself and my family, thank you! The house was everything advertised and we were very happy with everything. Hopefully, when we make our plans for next year the property is still available and we can return here again. The only things that we found that were not up to par, were the sliding glass door on the living room level was very difficult to open and close. The wooden blinds didn’t always come down and finally the squeegee in the upstairs shower did not clean well as the rubber was broken in the middle portion of the squeegee. Thanks again for everything Max and Monica and family.

Great house and location

I would highly recommend this property… It is amazingly close to the shuttle line and makes it so easy to access Eagle Lodge and the lifts. The house is perfect for a large family or group and has all the amenities including the hot tub.

We had a great time staying here. Check in and out was very easy. Everything we needed was readily available in the kitchen. Relaxing after a long snow day by the fireplace was perfect. Lastly, this cabin is centrally located to everywhere we went in Mammoth.

Hi-end resort property!

Of the 10 or so places we've stayed in Mammoth, this unit ties for the very best. It is well located, well appointed, and conveniently laid out. There is plenty of space to gather, to relax, and to sleep. There are TV's everywhere, including two full living room/TV areas, in addition to a billiards room. Jefferson was a pleasure before, during, and after our stay.

it was a great house for our group. the air conditioning was definitely a plus. House was well equipped for a large group/family vacation. Only negative, some of the showers were not cleaned properly and you definitely need to bring more paper products...towels and toilet paper. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Epic Skiing

Booked this house for our immediate family, our 2 sons, their wives and two sets of twins. The house fit all 10 of us perfectly, was clean and well equipped as we’re a foodie fam. Bus pickup for skiing/snowboarding was right at the corner. Had to shovel out the hot tub due to huge amounts of snow but that made the experience even better, kinda like a hot tub igloo.

This is a great property for accessing everything in Mammoth. We were there for 4 nights with 2 families with kids and had a great time. Plenty of sleeping locations and places for people to get together with others or get away. 5 min car ride from the village and easy access up the mountain. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. Only thing we were missing in the kitchen was steak knives. The grill is hard line of gas so no worries of running out of propane. Only issue we had was the first day was unseasonably hot and the unit does not have AC. We didn’t realize the unit didn’t have A,C when we booked, but that was on us for not reading the listing more closely. Overall, I highly recommend this place and Jefferson the concierge was fantastic. A real ambassador for the area and very responsive and attentive to our needs.

This is the best in class in Mammoth. They just don't build them this large anymore.

What makes this property unique

Location, Location, Location. The golf course is out the front door, the slopes down the street, and town and village 2 minutes away. There is plenty of space for privacy. We have made this home Eco-friendly for as little impact on Mammoth as possible.
