The Backyard

The house was great, especially the backyard with a bonfire and waterfalls! The kids at age 7 and 4 had a blast there and they used the swimming tubes for floating in a creek!

We really enjoyed our stay at Amazing Grace! Nice set up for our family of 4 and my husbands parents- plenty of space for all! Creek was lovely and swimmable which was especially nice in heat of summer! Tubes were fun for floating in the creek. Very well kept and comfortable home and responsive rental agency!

This house was both comfortable and Serene. Located a short distance off the interstate in a quiet neighborhood, once we entered the property we felt we were in our own retreat. With the creek gurgling in the background this property was as I had hoped and expected. If you are looking for a well spaced, private retreat in the wilderness with your own private “pool” made out of nature’s wonder look no further. I took five teenagers to this home and they loved every minute of it. Swimming, hiking, playing board games. It was perfect! i can’t wait to come back in the fall when the leaves change!

Exactly what we needed!

My husband and I wanted to get away for some relaxation with our daughters, ages 12 and 10. This property was exactly what we needed! It was clean and comfortable, we slept in every morning and relaxed by the fire every night! The location was great, being close enough to Asheville and the Biltmore to spend the day but far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Our girls loved the sounds of the creek and waterfall in the back! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to escape!

Off the beaten path

The property itself was wonderful, nice and clean and updated. However, getting to any local attractions, you have to deal with long, narrow winding roads. Needless to say, it took about an hour to get to any of the well known trails and Asheville itself. Our grandchildren loved splashing in the creek and there were plenty of games and activities to do at the house.

The house was lovely and comfortable. It was just the two of us, so we really didn't even go into two of the three bedrooms. The back decks were wonderful and we loved the creek, and the little waterfalls that we could hear and see from the house. We really wanted to start a fire in the firepit by the creek but we were so tired from hiking every day that we never got around to it. We ventured all over the place and there were lots to see. We focused on hiking waterfalls and there were plenty around. One day was kinda rainy so we drove over to Boone. Great side trip. Loved our stay.

Lovely property, infact i would want the exact land layout with the creek , so cool we hung out in the creek , water is steady cold but we went in anyway. Also had a nice fire going in using the fire pit. Property is 30 to 1.5 mins away from all the places we toured. Quite place. Will schedule another visit to same property if were to visit Ashiville.

Even better than the pictures! Clean, modern, comfortable, beautiful home with lovely landscaping. Owners have given so much attention to detail...even lightswitches are labeled. Gorgeous hardwood floors. Very nice linens. Can hear waterfalls from back porch. The creek is more like a larger stream, and has an area deep enough to swim in. We loved it!
