About this property

We rent our holiday home built in 2016, located 300 m from the beach, 1 km from shops, 2 km from the sailing school and the port. It is located on the Pink Granite Coast.

House of 135 m² quiet, comfortable, bright, facing south.

Housing

Large living room living / dining room with a wood stove and bay windows, American kitchen, 4 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub).
Pleasant garden with south-facing terrace: outdoor table and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs, games and bikes available.

Other remarks

For the winter period, a supplement for heating will be required of 50 euros for a week.
The rental of sheets, towels and household linen is not included in the initial price. We can offer you this service at an additional cost.
You can take a cleaning option at a rate of € 60.
If you do not take this option, the accommodation must be left clean and cleaned before departure.

Perfection

This is an ideal house from which to discover one of the prettiest and most interesting coastal regions in France. The property is modern, clean, perfectly equipped, and the owner is accessible and communicative. A wonderful experience in an idyllic place.

Eine Oase der Ruhr

Das gepflegte großzügige Haus liegt wunderschön im Grünen nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Es ist modern und perfekt eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind stets telefonisch erreichbar, geben tolle Tipps und sind superfreundlich. Eines der besten Objekte, das wir bislang gemietet haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Trébeurden.

Tolles, geräumiges Haus/ maison spacieuse et magnifique

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub: Lage: 4-5 Minutenzu Fuß bis zum ersten Strand/ Kajakplatz, Ausstattung: umfangreich und praktisch, man merkt, dass das Haus von der Familie selbst genutzt wird Ruhe: man hört wirklich nur die Tiere im Wald tolle Terrasse: hier hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne Uns wurden 3 Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt Zum Schluß: eine sehr nette, immer schnell per internet zur Stelle und führsorgliche Vermietering, die sich persönlich am Telefon vor Reisebeginn bei uns gemeldet hat. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank der Familie Julienne. Nous avons passé des vacances réussies à tous points de vue : Situation : 4-5 minutes à pied de la première plage/du terrain de kayak, équipement : complet et pratique, on voit que la maison est utilisée par la famille elle-même calme : on n'entend vraiment que les animaux dans la forêt belle terrasse : ici on a du soleil toute la journée 3 vélos ont été mis à notre disposition Pour finir : une propriétaire très gentille, toujours disponible rapidement par internet et attentionnée, qui nous a contactés personnellement par téléphone avant le début du voyage. Nous pouvons recommander cette maison sans réserve et reviendrons certainement. Merci à la famille Julienne.

Superbe maison

Superbe villa neuve située au bout d’un petit sentier forestier, à proximité immédiate de la plage et non loin du centre commercial. Confort, espace, équipement parfait et modernité. Vaste terrasse idéalement orientée au sud; parterres fleuris et pelouse très bien entretenus. Et que dire de Trébeurden, sa boulangerie La Trébeurdine, ses plages magnifiques, et ses offres de balades dans une nature protégée et idyllique… Un séjour parfait !!!

Haus mit Stern (*)

Wir waren äußerst zufrieden. Besonders die Kommunikation mit Stephane Julienne haben wir als angenehm empfunden. Für diesen Küstenabschnitt ist dieses Haus eine sehr gute Wahl.
