Can Bern is a charming house with the most exclusive views of the sea and the magical islet of Es Verdrá. The nearest beach, Playa Codolar, is just a 5 minute walk from the house, as are other spectacular coves such as Cala Conta, less than 5 minutes by car. The house is composed of a large living-dining room from which you can access the kitchen-pantry and the bedrooms. From the kitchen you can access the barbecue area. Two of the rooms in this house have double beds and one with two single beds. There are two separate bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. On the outside of the house, at the front, is the infinity pool, from which you can enjoy the unbeatable sea views. To enjoy this area, the house has sun loungers, parasols and outside shower. In addition, the house has its own tennis court, parking for 3 cars, air conditioning and is fully equipped.
