nice place, good location, could have been more clean and up to date

good location of property however, the property could have been a bit cleaner and some of the burners on the stove did not work so when trying to cook made it a bit more difficult. Other than that, place was great, big living room and balcony and right on the beach.

Nice place to stay

I have stayed in this condo prior. I’ve noticed that some of the furnishings have been updated. That’s very nice! However, we rent 3-6 condos and the updated flooring really makes a wow factor of the cleanliness and overall feeling of the condo! Completely happy with my condo but definitely notice the difference!

Cleanliness a Factor...

The unit as a whole was fairly nice but the cleanliness kind of ruined it for us. Upon checking into the unit, we found gummy bears on the floor and a child's pair of underwear under one of the beds. The carpet was worn and did not feel like it was clean. We were greeted by a large bug(was told by property management that it was more than likely a Palmetto Bug) on the first night and found a couple of smaller bugs as the week went on. The ice maker didn't work, which really sucked as we were forced to by ice from a nearby gas station. The sliding glass door did not close and lock properly. Another negative was the trash dumpster was across the street so you had to walk across the street to get rid of your trash. Pools were very small and a hot tub would have been nice. There were some positives. The TV in the living room was large and very nice. We hooked up our Apple TV to it and it worked great. Water pressure in the showers was awesome! Nice to be able to get all of the sand off of you from the Beach. Access to the Beach was terrific. Very close to the unit. I hope the owner sees this review so they can do a few updates and make sure the unit is being properly cleaned prior to guests arriving.
