Downstairs studio will not be booked during your stay.

Please note: No pets allowed.

Two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and comfy queen pullout sofa sleeper in the great room. A double-bed downstairs studio is also available upon request but will not be booked by anyone else during your stay.

Everyone in your party is invited to enjoy all the amenities this incredible property offers, including gym, sauna, pool, hot tub, basketball, tennis and pickleball court, and table tennis.

Back at Bella vista you'll enjoy a large living room with wall-to-wall windows showcasing the incredible view from this remarkable property. There's ample seating in the living and dining room, and its roomy wrap-around deck provides many opportunities to enjoy the view.

The kitchen includes all amenities and staples for easy meal prep. Feel free to barbecue on the front porch, near the kitchen for easy grilling.

The deck's large hot tub seats six at a time and the ample driveway below accommodates up to three cars.

Eight people in your party? You have an option to also reserve the pretty downstairs studio with a combined or separate entrance. It features a comfy double bed, kitchenette, office desk, and full bathroom with standup shower.

We're only a few minutes away from the Dry Creek Vista trailhead with its incredible views and one-mile hike to stunning Devil's Bridge featuring the largest natural sandstone arch in the area. It's a hiker's favorite!

After a day of hiking or biking, rejuvenate your body and speed up recovery with our red light therapy machine! It's on-site and yours to use as much as you like.

We needed a place for our family of four and extended family to stay while in town for a wedding.

The location was great and the views were outstanding. All of our communication was friendly and timely, and the instructions for finding the home, locating the keys, etc were wonderful. We had a fantastic stay, and highly recommend this property!

Great spot for a reunion of old friends.

Great location, good communication from Annie, lots to do in town and country Sedona area—we had a nice, relaxing, eventful visit. The house had a good layout, views, and the spa is a big plus—but baquacil type chemicals would eliminate the strong chlorine scent and feel.

We had a great stay at this property! It was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect and the owners had park pass for us to use as well as lots of suggestions of how to fill our time in Sedona. The view is incredible! We had 3 couples for our stay and were all very comfortable. We will stay there again!

Although we didn’t spend much time in the house, it was very nice with beautiful views. The beds were comfortable, as was the living room furniture. The kitchen was well supplied. I would stay here again

Fall Family Reunion

We shared the house with our son and teenage grandchildren who said this was the best house ever for our family reunions. The location was very near to all our excursions. The view was spectacular! We definitely will be returning!

Amazing place!

When we saw pictures online we expected to be impressed with the view but it actually exceeded our expectations. You will never get tired of the view from the balcony. Annie was very accommodating and friendly and left a lot of helpful guides to make the stay even more enjoyable. The location is very close to several restaurants and hiking trails. Can’t recommend the place enough!

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view, quiet neighborhood and having the garage available was a plus. Reminder that the studio is extra if needing an extra room it includes a bathroom, refrigerator and little kitchenette ( got cold down there but little heater was included if needed).
