Part of the property was not cleaned before our arrival and when we communicated this with the host the response was sorry but I'll clean it next time. The response should've been when would be a good time for y'all for me to get that cleaned today. We were not able to use the kitchen due to the lack of cleanliness and there was not a good place to relax on the property.

I do pride myself on keeping the apartment clean and guests happy. I am so sorry if I misunderstood your message about the toaster and microwave. You had said you just wanted to let me know so I assumed you were just making me aware and had already wiped them down. The kitchen was well cleaned otherwise.
