Our townhouse is located in a quiet and intimate community, featuring 3 swimming pools, 4 spas, 2 tennis courts, and scenic ponds.
The home offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room with individual temperature controls, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The living area features vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and beautiful golf course and mountain views. Relax with a 60” LG Smart TV, a brand-new sofa, and comfortable seating.
The dining area includes a round glass table with seating for four, plus additional bar stools at the kitchen island. A wet bar and fully stocked bar alcove provide everything you need for entertaining.
The modern, fully remodeled kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, and a double-door fridge with ice dispenser. It is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, Nespresso and drip coffee makers, and more—all with views of the golf course.
The master bedroom features a king-size memory foam bed, large closet, desk, ceiling fan, and a 50” Samsung TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a spacious vanity area and walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV, and ample storage. A separate guest bathroom also includes a walk-in shower.
Additional amenities include a laundry area with extra linens, towels, and tennis equipment.
Step outside to a large private patio with stunning mountain and golf course views, complete with lounge seating, dining table for six, and a natural gas grill.

This what just what we needed to be in Palm Springs for our daughter's softball tournament. It is a comfortable home with everything you need to enjoy. It has a beautiful setting up against the golf coarse and mountain views. We enjoyed being able to BBQ and sit on the patio.
