IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pool Closed & Construction February 19th - March 1st, 2024. Between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, there will be excessive construction noise, including jack hammering, as well as the presence of dust. Pool will remain closed and re-open on March 2, 2024.

Enjoy the beach life at Pelican Pointe Hotel and Condo. Cozy accommodations with free parking and a heated pool, just a short walk across the street from beautiful Clearwater Beach. Unit #411 is located on the 4th floor, situated at the far end. It features a shared balcony that overlooks the pool and provides personal seating for two.

Location:
Clearwater Beach - White sand, crystal clear waters, and endless sunshine. A paradise for beach lovers. Pelican Pointe is centrally located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, right across the street from one of the top-rated beaches in America. It is conveniently positioned within a short walking distance from various restaurants, exciting nightlife options, and an array of enjoyable activities that makes Clearwater Beach an incredible destination.
Please Note: There is ongoing construction on the property just north of our hotel. This does not affect our property, grounds or amenities although you may experience construction noise and dust during your stay.

Accommodations:
Our standard unit is a people watchers paradise and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It offers a captivating view of the pool and all the exciting activity happening there. The room itself features a queen side bed, providing a cozy sleeping arrangement. With 365 square feet of living space, you'll have ample room to relax and unwind. The private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon, providing extra sleeping space if needed. Outside, there is a shared area with seating available for two, where you can enjoy the surroundings. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax!

Good Location and Nice Room

Good location and close to everything. Room was clean and perfect size for just me and my friend. The rooms toilet handle was broken upon check in, but Nicole at the front desk had someone fix it immediately and was very helpful. Nice, budget friendly place to stay in Clearwater Beach!

Conveniently located to beach and amenities. My husband has a motor scooter and Pelican Pointe accommodated it nicely with the elevator and a spacious unit. The unit was clean and functional but could use an update, fixtures are old, kitchen sink did not drain quickly, TV took some fiddling to turn on, wifi was spotty, had to reconnect over the week and called the help line. The dresser is nice and sturdy and having the chairs outside the door was a pleasant way to have morning coffee. Staff was helpful and friendly, pool was clean and water toys were provided. We would recommend and return.

Great little GEM of a Motel in a fantastic Clearwater Beach location!

Great location and would definitely recommend! Have been going to CLB for 7-8 years now and stayed in lots of places with various price points but all higher than this place and for our needs, the cleanliness, beautiful pool, great views and the breeze make this one probably my favorite. Oh, did I mention it was less than $140/night in late August? If you don't need a resort and all the amenities they why pay $500/night. This place is next door to Salty's Island Bar & Grille and the Happy Hour drinks and food are fantastic. PS- 3 stars on check in as we had to wait until EXACTLY 3PM to check in because that's when the rooms are going to ready? Really? , all the rooms are ready exactly at 3?

Our hotel certainly has a lot to offer; we are only a short walk to the gorgeous sands of Clearwater Beach, as well as a myriad of shops, restaurants and fun activities. Parking is included and is free for one vehicle per room, and we maintain a heated pool that is open year-round for our guests to enjoy. Furthermore, we offer an on-site laundry facility, coffee and tea, daily housekeeping, maintenance and the service of our front desk agents to assist with whatever is needed. We’re glad that you enjoyed your 10% discount at Salty’s Bar and Grille next-door. Our standard check-in time is at 3:00 PM and that’s when our rooms are guaranteed, although we always do our best to try and accommodate early check-in whenever we are able.
