This condo was nothing but great! The view on the back balcony was beautiful. The beds and pillows were so comfy. Plenty of room for our family of five. Would definitely come back and hated to leave!

Relaxing time with family.

Everything was very good. The condominium was clean and comfy. The location is very family friendly. We have stayed at other units, but this one has been in the nicest condition. One small recommendation would be to replace the mixing valve in the main shower. Very difficult to set an accurate temperature. Rally a very nice place to stay! .

Property and condo was very nice. Exactly as described. I would recommend anyone to stay here. My only dislike was only having 1 paper towel and 1 roll of toilet paper, if you needed anymore you had to provide it. We stayed 6 nights and with what we paid felt they could have provided more for the cost. My brother stayed at the same complex in a different condo where more was provided, including daily maid service. This is minor but again with what we paid a few more rolls of TP would have not cost that much.

Great family memories

Condo is right at the pools, and access to beach. Our grandchildren loved the pools and we like the option of the kiddie pool for the little ones. We had a wonderful time making many family memories. The owners were very easy to talk with and answered questions promptly. We like the Fort Morgan area because its a quieter area for families. Condo met all of our needs to prepare meals, as well relaxing. sitting on balcony watching the sun go down and rise.

Our family of 7 loved this condo. Great beach views and great amenities. The pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and restaurant were great. We have stayed in Gulf shores and Orange Beach many times, but had never stayed in the Fort Morgan area before. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I purchased this property in April 2019. We've been married for 34 years and have 2 grown boys and 3 grandchildren. We wanted a place that we could vacation with our family as well as having some rental income. We strive to make our condo comfortable and something that everyone will enjoy.

Why they chose this property

This property offered the space we needed for our family to enjoy a vacation together. We love the convenience to the beach, pool, grills and parking areas. The resort is very family friendly which makes this the perfect spot for a family vacation.

What makes this property unique

This unit is conveniently located on the west end of the building right by a staircase. You can be on the beach or at the pool in a matter of minutes! The living area is spacious enough to enjoy family time. The balcony is a great place to sit and enjoy the view! There are two smaller balconies accessible from the two king bedrooms.

We've recently updated with new cabinets and countertops, TVs, fresh paint, new window treatments and bedspreads. Kitchen is fully stocked and has new stainless appliances for all your cooking needs. Washer and dryer were replaced in the fall of 2022.

This is the perfect vacation spot for your family! We'd love to share it with you!
