This is a beautiful property in an excellent location. It is kept up very well and is very welcoming and accommodating. Very close to all of the amenities the family needs and beach access is very easy and convenient.We were all very comfortable here.

Excellent stay! My family (group of 6 adults) stayed here for one week and it was incredibly comfortable and convenient. Highlights included the large fully stocked kitchen that made home-cooked meals easy and fun, as well as the intimate beach from where we enjoyed the sunset every day. This place was a great spacious option steps from the beach in Kihei. Very close to all things on that side of the island. Beautiful sunsets off the beach there and saw lots of whales in the distance. Would recommend.

Thanks for the welcome basket of snacks, they were delicious. The supplied beach amenities were great. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the needed utensils. Access to the beach was outstanding, and the security was outstanding. Constructive criticism: Fans in each bedroom would be appreciated, the TV in the basement wasn’t functioning (or we couldn’t make it work with the provided instructions), the Nespresso machine leaked (but functioned well enough).

This is definitely a beautiful accommodation and location. We rented villa 1 and loved it. The views from this unit were breathtaking. The building is maintained extremely well. Many amenities are provided to make your stay enjoyable. The host and management team are excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing and very comfortable stay. Definitely would return.

Unit was very clean and well appointed. Had several items like coffee grinder, mixers, etc that were useful. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, games, gas grill, etc were all provided, clean, in working order and useful. Property was secure. Felt very safe. Property is immediately adjacent to a heavily used beach access point. Some homeless folks hanging around as well at this access point. But never really heard from or had to interact with any of these people. If seeing these people bothers you, I would suggest renting one of the other 3 units in the same complex. Jude was very helpful and responsive and communicated very well from the time we reserved through checkout. Everyone in our party loved the unit and its central location to things on Maui. We would reserve again without hesitation!

La communication a été facile et l’hébergement correspondait bien à la description sur VRBO.Nous souhaitons toutefois mentionner un élément important pour les futurs voyageurs : la propriété est située près d’une église offrant des services alimentaires aux personnes en situation d’itinérance. De ce fait, il arrive que des personnes sans abri se rassemblent sur le terrain vacant juste en face ainsi que sur la plage à proximité. Cela n’est évidemment pas sous le contrôle de l’hôte, mais peut influencer le sentiment de confort ou de sécurité pour certains voyageurs.Dans l’ensemble, il s’agit d’un bon hébergement avec un hôte professionnel, et cette information est surtout partagée à titre informatif afin que chacun puisse faire un choix éclairé.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay in Villa #1! Jude was there to greet us and helped us with luggage up the stairway (no elevator). The lanai was huge and we spent mornings and evenings there. When the sun was on the lanai in the afternoons, there were nice, shaded spots in the small pool area. Easy walk to restaurants and the Times grocery store. Didn't want to leave and would definitely return!

Fabulous Location!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was right on a beautiful beach, so we could go in and out throughout the day without walking or driving anywhere. We paddle boarded in the mornings and watched the sunsets from our balcony at night. It’s located just on the edge of the area with the big hotels. We are happy we stayed here vs the busy town of Lahaina. It was central to the Road to Hana, Volcano Summit and the West Side. Highly recommend!

Amazing views and sunsets

The view from Aloha Villa #1 is just breath-taking and worth 5 stars by itself. We dined on the terrace very night and enjoyed the Hawaiian sunset. The location is great - right on the beach, close to a lot of things to do and restaurants. The apartment is 3 BRs and 3 baths, plenty big for a large group. I rated this 4 stars because the property is a bit dated (nothing too offensive but clearly straight from the early 2000s) but primarily the doors had problems opening and required maintenance (it couldn't be completed during our stay) and the furniture is in dire need of an upgrade. Probably the most uncomfortable couches and chairs you'll have find. .. I don't think it's an unreasonable expectation to at least modernize that. Also, there are several homeless people who spend the night on the beach but they do respect the property so nothing major to worry about in our experience

Perfect Hawain vacation spot

This property has an amazing view just steps from the beach. The condo is clean, spacious and had everything we needed for convenience and comfort. The owner was readily available, helpful and graciously accommodating. It’s a very quiet neighborhood, along with being safe and well maintained. It was nice to be away from the noise and chaos of the hotels . I couldn’t recommend this place more highly, we will definitely stay again if we make it back to Maui in the future .
