Villa 180m² in Pyla-sur-mer 800m from the beaches, in a quiet residential area in the middle of pine trees, 10 minutes walk from shops.

Nice 1000m² garden with fruit trees, 10mx5m swimming pool with electric protection shutter, wooden terrace, garden shed with 4 adult bikes loaned to tenants + 2 baby seats.

Garden level: Large, very bright living room (triple exposure, large picture window), fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine). Plancha, garden furniture, garden table and chairs for 10.

1st floor (1/2 floor): 1 bedroom with double bed and balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and balcony, 1 large bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC.

2nd floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and balcony, 1 bedroom with large double bed and private terrace, bathroom with shower and WC. The 2 upper bedrooms are air conditioned.

Basement (with daylight): laundry room (washing machine and dryer), storage, games rooms with table football, bedroom with 2 bunk beds + 1 pull-out bed, bathroom with shower and WC.

In total: 5 bedrooms, 4 with terrace or balcony, sleeps 10 (11th possible). Folding cot, high chair.

We had a wonderful vacation at the villa at Pyla-sur-mer. We had a very warm welcome and the house was well equipped with everything one could need. It is an excellent spot to explore the Arcachon bassin and surrounding areas. The pool was perfect and every little question met with a quick and helpful response. Highly recommended to families and groups of friends, looking for a relaxing getaway by the sea.

Une semaine de rêve

Un environnement très verdoyant au milieu des pins,une piscine aussi belle que fonctionnelle ,un coin repas extérieur sous une grande terrasse couverte où nous avons passé en famille des moments très agréables.Et en plus le beau temps était là aussi.Bref une très belle semaine.

Un super séjour!

Maison très agréable, très ouverte sur l’extérieur avec les grandes baies vitrées. Terrasse très sympa, quartier très calme. Maison spacieuse et bien équipée. On recommande!

Ein schönes Haus mit ein paar Abstriche in Strandnähe

Das Haus ist schön mit Pool und viele Schlafmöglichkeit. Die Ausstattung gut, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Lage für Ausflüge und Strand gut. Der Geruch des Hauses war modrig und alles etwas Schmuddelig, beim Abziehen der Bettwäsche (Was vorgegeben wird) sind sehr unhygienische Urin und Schweißflecke zum Vorschein gekommen, die angegebene Fahrräde waren nicht vorhanden. Es ist irreführend, weil in der Anzeige steht, daß 4 Fahrräder zur Verfügung stehen. Das stimmt nicht, wir hatten eine Adresse zum Anmieten der Fahrräder bekommen. Da das Haus allerdings auf dem Berg liegt, macht es sowieso mehr Sinn am Strand Räder zu mieten. Ich hätte mir bessere english Kenntnisse der Verwalter gewünscht. Bei der Übergabe war Kommunikation schwer, da wir kein französisch und die Dame kein englisch sprach. Ich würde mir im Hausordner genauere Infos wünschen wie z.B. wo die Glascontainer stehen, wie und ob der Müll getrennt wird. Aber ansonsten hatten wir eine schöne Wochen in dem Haus.

Supers vacances

Maison agreable, claire et aménagée avec goût. Qu'il fasse beau ou mauvais temps il y a de la place pour tout le monde. Et très appreciable toute la vaisselle est en nombre suffisant et de qualité ! Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille et aussi grâce à Mallaurie qui a bien géré les petits tracas !

Maison très fonctionnelle et lumineuse. Facile à vivre, au calme avec une piscine bien agréable. L'emplacement nécessite une voiture même si la plage reste atteignable à pied. Nous y avons passé un séjour en famille dont nous gardons un excellent souvenir . Caroline. H

Phantastisches Ferienhaus

Wir waren zu siebt (3 Erwachsene und 4 Teenager) für eine Woche in La Teste-de-Buche. Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr groß, super ausgestattet, toller Außenbereich und ruhig gelegen. Der Pool ist im der Mitte 2,30 m tief, also perfekt für einen Kopfsprung ins kühle Nass. Die Kommunikation mit Monique und der Verwalterin Mallaurie hat super funktioniert.

Maison idéale pour d'excellentes vacances en famille

Maison parfaite pour des vacances avec enfants et petits enfants . Excellente situation, très calme et très bien située . Très belle piscine et très belle maison lumineuse et bien agencée . Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et sommes prêts à revenir une prochaine fois. Location parfaite !!!

Excellent séjour au Pyla

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mme Cumin, la maison est grande, bien équipée et très bien située. Pour aller a la plage nous utilisions soit les vélos soit la voiture (stationnement très facile au bord de mer). Les commerces de premières nécessités sont très proches. La vie est donc très facile. La piscine est grande,.très belle et le robot fonctionne à merveille. La cuisine est hyper équipée et la plancha à l'extérieur au gaz permet de cuisiner de manière pratique. Enfin, la literie des chambres est très bonne. Bravo !!

Vacances de rêves !

Des vacances de rêves, quelle belle surprise d'avoir découvert une villa si bien située, ultra confortable et dotée d'un service de conciergerie aux petits soins avec nous pendant tous le séjour. Si vous souhaitez avoir vos courses en arrivant ou que l'on vous dépose des vélos, c'est possible tout en sirotant un bon verre au bord d'une piscine ensoleillée toute la journée. Les paysages autour sont magnifiques et les activités autour de la villa très nombreuses. Pour nous c'était plage, paddle et journée surf à Biscarosse. Sans compter les bars et restos autour de Pyla sur Mer pour sortir et rencontrer du monde. On recommande chaudement la villa de Monique :)

superbes vacances dans cette très belle maison bien située au calme qui convient aux petits comme aux grands .très agréable par sa décoration chaleureuse et,par son aménagement fonctionnel .la piscine et le jardin tres agréables .la mise à disposition des draps de bain et de plage sont un plus ainsi que la réactivité de la conciergerie .nous recommandons

Maison parfaite

Maison très bien équipée (équipements de cuisine, vélos, mobilier de relaxation...), belle et vaste piscine dans un quartier au calme mais proche des commodités (5mn à vélo). La maison est stratégiquement placée entre Arcachon, la dune du Pilat et les commerces de la Teste... la disposition des chambres est très pratique.

Large and comfortable villa

We were two familys (4 adults and 6 children) that stayed in the house for 5 days and we really enjoyed this villa. Plenty of space, bright and comfortable interieur, well equiped kitchen and a nice garden with pool. The small village center and the beach is 20 min walk away. The only negative thing about the house was that the owner doublebooked us the first two nights so we had to arrange for a hotel the first two days. On the other hand we were compensated economicly for this mistake and the communication with the owner worked out well.
