Completely renovated villa located near the centre of Moulleau and the beach in a very quiet area bordering the Arcachon basin, and a few kilometres from the Dune du Pyla. The Villa is located 500 metres from the beach and the centre of Moulleau, animated by its shops, restaurants, ice-cream parlours and bars.
The house is divided into 3 parts: the day area with the living-dining room and two night areas, each with a shower room, distributed on either side of the day area.
It has a large living room, a car park with 4 to 5 spaces, a landscaped outdoor area and a large, friendly terrace.

A Nespresso machine is at the disposal of the tenants.

Vacances très agréables en famille ( enfants, petits enfants) . Mer à proximité, près de la belle ville d' arcachon et de la dune du Pilat Maison très agréable et bien équipée. On a bien profité de l' extérieur et du terrain de boules. Très fonctionnelle, mais jusqu'à 10, guère davantage. Je recommande vivement cette belle location. Maison entièrement refaite, confortable cosy et calme, à proximité des commerces et de la mer. Literie de qualité. Accueil très sympathique et arrangeant ( notamment sur les horaires de départ et arrivée, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié) Très bonne réactivité de Kathy pour dépanner un petit souci. Avec des vélos et la possibilité de faire du feu, ce serait parfait!!

A lovely place to have a holiday.

This was a lovely house and garden. Close to the beach and all amenities. Kitchen very well equipped and a large dining table outside in a well screened area. Bedrooms comfortable and the large living area very relaxing. We would be very happy to come here again. We found Elise and Katy were very welcoming and make a great team. C'était une belle maison et jardin. Proche de la plage et de toutes commodités. Cuisine très bien équipée et une grande table à manger à l'extérieur dans une zone bien blindée. Les chambres sont confortables et le grand salon très relaxant. Nous serions très heureux de revenir ici.

Maison bien située, idéale pour un séjour à plusieurs familles ou couples d’amis.

Excellent contact avec la propriétaire, qui a été très réactive pour résoudre un problème d’électricité mineur. Maison correctement équipée et bien entretenue, bien que les sanitaires soient un peu vieillissants. Emplacement idéal : à 2 pas d’une épicerie et 5min à pied de la plage, boulangerie et restaurants, dans un quartier très calme. Nous étions 5 adultes et 4 enfants (11, 3, 2ans et 8mois), chacun avait son espace et le séjour était suffisamment grand (coté repas et salon). Nous conseillons cette location, qui a répondu à nos attentes en tous points.

Passer le reveillon au Moulleau

Chaque année , nous (5 couples ) passons le réveillon ensemble loin de nos pénates respectives ( Nantes, Montpellier, Fréjus.....) Nous avions choisi cette année, le bassin d'Arcachon et nous avions choisi comme hébergement la villa de Mme Lusseaud. Cette semaine fut très appréciée par l'ensemble du groupe pour différentes raisons et notamment une villa vraiment bien adaptée pour passer ce type de vacances entre amis. Cette villa offre de larges volumes permettant de vivre confortablement à une dizaine de personnes. De plus , l'équipement est parfait, il ne manque rien. Autre avantage, les chambres spacieuses et bien placées permettent de conserver un espace d'intimité. L'emplacement de la villa , à 400m de la plage est malgré tout retiré du front de mer et donc très calme. Voilà je ne peux que rajouter le fait que Mme Lusseaud s'est montrée disponible pour répondre à nos quelques sollicitations. Un endroit que vous pouvez louer en toute quiétude. M.Trottin
