- Master bedroom with en-suite shower room and storage; 160 x 200 cm bed and wardrobe.
- Bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed and wardrobe.
- Bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed and storage.
- Separate shower room with storage, serving the two aforementioned bedrooms.
- Separate toilet.
- Living room with flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi.
- Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and high stools, opening onto a dining area with table and chairs.
- Outdoors:
- Awnings over terraces and a parasol.
- Covered, fully equipped summer kitchen with table, chairs, and barbecue.
- Outdoor shower and outdoor toilet.
- Large terraces with a beautiful view, sun loungers, etc.
- Lovely swimming pool with safety features and LED night lighting.
- Private parking with carport.
A €750 security deposit is required upon arrival, payable in person by check or cash. It will be refunded—either partially or in full—after inspection of the property and no later than two weeks after departure.
Electricity meter readings will be taken upon the tenants' arrival and departure.
Electricity consumption costs are the tenant's responsibility.
N.B. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants.
If cleaning is not performed, €180 will be deducted from the security deposit refund.
