Chic Charming Private Home - Enjoy a unique Nashville.

Welcome to 3rd Ave South in Wedgewood Houston!

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood, situated within an easy walking distance of the casual and fine-dining eateries, bars, coffee shops, breweries and distilleries of Wedgewood Houston. We are conveniently located 5-10 minutes from downtown Nashville by car and 1.3 miles away from lower Broadway. You can easily experience all the legendary honky tonks without all the noise. You can also enjoy the park directly across the street.

Our home was designed with conscious care and the comfort of our guests in mind. You will have access to the entire one-level 1200 sq ft space. The house offers plenty of natural sunlight, high ceilings, and a clean open space. Each room is furnished with a ceiling fan, ample closet place, and a full-length mirror. The kitchen is stocked with the basic amenities needed for coffee and cooking. The washer and dryer is available for guest use.

The door is operated with a personalized access code. You can choose the four-digit code of your liking. The house is equipped with a smart TV, Apple TV, and an Amazon Echo.

Ample street parking is available along the street right outside the door.

Our friend owns the salon next door. If you are interested in booking an appointment let us know and we can provide you with her contact information! Bookings must be made in advance.

We were born and raised in Nashville and can offer you the best suggestions according to the experience you are looking for during your stay.

Awesome location. 1.4 miles from Broadway and all the fun. Quiet neighborhood, and very cheap Lyft rides. Very nice, clean house with easy access. There are a few steep steps for entry. Our stay here was very good.

Can’t beat the location for the price, not far from broadway and any uber we took there was less than 10. Would 100% stay here again. Could use a couple of minor upgrades but nothing that would keep me from going back or being able to have a good time.

The first thing that was terrible was the smell it has the worst smell first thing I noticed when I opened the door. I have my own cleaning business and who ever cleans this place would be fired.

Washing machine not working. Instant hot water for shower was intermittent at best. House had a bad odor—however host sent over deodorizers etc to help. Smell was still very pleasant. Great location. Not downtown but very close. Easy uber trip.

We had a great long weekend staying here! It had everything we needed. Location was great - close enough to downtown, some walkable places nearby, easy Uber rides when needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The house location was awesome. Great neighborhood and easy to get around. The park across the street is very nice and was awesome for the kids. The home could use a fresh coat of paint and a maintenance day. Maybe a few more kitchen utensils and a place to sit to eat. Not a very well stocked kitchen. Didn’t notice no table in the listing. If you plan to eat out this is no big deal. There was only a rug pad in front room with a stain. The sheets on one of the beds had dried nail polish on them but they were freshly cleaned. The freezer was not getting to below freezing during our stay and fridge was not as cold as it needs to be (50 degrees) so some of our groceries were spoiling. The fridge door seal has mildew on it. The garbage disposal was not working properly either in kitchen sink. The back yard is overgrown a little but private. With the park across the street this was not the end of the world. There is also a hole in the roof on front porch so water drips right in front of front door when it rains. The owner was responsive at first. None of these things were big emergencies for us but did offer to have someone out, although no one was ended up coming. Didn’t realize how bad fridge was out of temp until too late. House is perfect for Batchelor/bachelorette trips. Seems a few have been here before with leftover items left and not picked up by cleaning crew.

Perfect place to stay

This was the perfect place for our family of 4 to stay. It was a short drive to Broadway and walking distance to good food and coffee. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved it!
