Pet-Friendly Backyard Oasis in the Nations

Welcome to 5004 Michigan Avenue, our cozy bungalow in the heart of Nashville’s newest hotspot. Built in 1961, this single level brick home is chock full of homey comforts. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch in the morning and a glass of wine by the fire pit out back in the evening. We have loved this retro, family-style house for the past twelve years, and we are sure you will too.

We have three private bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. The futon in the living room folds out for additional (though not private) sleeping space.

While we are pet-friendly, we ask that pets remain off the furniture during your stay.
Plates, utensils, glasses, and refrigerator are all available for use in the kitchen. We ask that guests refrain from helping themselves to items in the refrigerator or pantry, however.
A rolling bin is outside the back door for trash disposal.

This was such a wonderful stay for our family of 5 and our Frenchie. We all loved the location in a walkable neighborhood. The fenced in yard was so lovely. The garden and landscaping was impressive. Felt right at home and would love to return.

The house is beautiful inside and out! The decor is so cozy and there is plenty of room to settle in. The location was perfect. We could walk to get food or groceries. All that Nashville has to offer was a short drive away, and we always managed to avoid the traffic on the way back from a long day in the sun. The backyard was an awesome backdrop for a pre-concert photoshoot! The host was very communicative and responded quickly! I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone planning to visit Nashville!

What a lovely home inside and out. We found a bottle of wine waiting for us, and the owner was available if we needed anything. The kitchen had every amenity we needed. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable. It was great to have three full bathrooms. The best part of all was the backyard. It was a wonderful spot to relax and spend time together.

Cozy, Comfortable and great location.

3 adults each had our own bexroom and bathrooms, then there is the stunning backyard the happy spot for any pet parent. Loved everything about this place and would reserve again.

Perfect Size and Location

Property was the perfect spot for a family of four with a pup to stay for a weekend in Nashville. Great neighborhood for walking to restaurants and an easy commute via ride share or drive to all of the major attractions. Pet friendly and people friendly

We (people and dogs) really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to have two ensuite bedrooms and the location was great. The back yard is cozy and if it hadn’t been raining we would have used the fire pit. Definitely will stay here again.
