J'ai bien reçu les instructions pour prendre possession des clés pour l'appartement.et le stationnement. Propriétaire accessible au besoin et rapidement sans délai. L'appartement est très propre, lumineux et rien ne manque en commodité. Etant situé à distance de marche de la gare routière et de la gare de train cela facilite les visites des villes et villages autour de Saint-Raphaël. Le cartier est très calme avec ses pâtisseries, l'épicerie, comptoir bancaire, bar tabac. Le complexe est propre et bien tenu. Je recommanderai cette appartement à toutes mes connaissances qui désirent visiter la Côte d'Azur.

très belle expérience !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! L'appartement est bien situé dans Saint-Raphaël. Nous n'avions pas notre voiture et tout faire à pied n'a pas été un problème (pas besoin d'être un grand marcheur), c'était même très agréable de tout découvrir de cette façon. Concernant la co-propriété, c'est un environnement assez calme, à cette période de l'année, et même parfois dépaysant (pour nous qui habitons une grande ville). La vue de l'appartement était vraiment magnifique (surtout le soir) mais à vous, prochains vacanciers de découvrir tout cela. Le contact avec le propriétaire fut cordial, simple et efficace, on remarque leur disponibilité. Nous vous recommandons fortement cette location !

Très bon séjour

Nous recommandons cette location de vacances sans problème. Propriétaires à l'écoute et assez bon emplacement. S'il y avait quelque chose à ajouter ce serait peut-être de laisser 1 torchon à disposition et peut-être mettre 1 porte manteau mais ce n'est qu'une suggestion...sinon rien à dire....

Prima appartement! Voldeed helemaal aan onze verwachtingen.

Alles is er wat nodig is! Niet onbelangrijk: zeer goed bed!! Veel lichtinval, open uitzicht zonder inkijk. Prive parking is pluspunt. Ligging is ideaal zowel om te voet boodschapoen te doen als om de regio te verkennen. Wij deden elke dag mooie wandelingen. Dit appartement kunnen wij absoluut aanbevelen en zouden er nog terugkomen!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Schöne und saubere, neu eingerichtete Wohnung, gut gelegen, Zentrum und Meer gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Ich kann die Wohnung problemlos weiter empfehlen und würde sie bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt auch wieder mieten.
