Superb experience

Excellent experience! Great location and well stocked comfortable condo. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer were excellent. Raffi was the perfect host and readily available for any and all questions. We would highly recommend this condo and Raffi!

Loved Casa Verde

Great location, nice condo with great neighbors and super cool host. I’d highly recommend this location for your visit to Palm Springs. Located a short walk to DT Palm Canyon Dr. the Casino and Convention Center. The condo is very well appointed in the gated property. Covered parking and two great heated pools. The host will make you feel right at home. 5 stars ⭐️

Beautiful Unit With Great View of Mountains

This beautifully furnished unit has everything you’ll need for your stay. The layout is perfect, with no wasted space and good storage. Great view of the San Jacinto mountains from inside the unit and from the terrace. Much better than the pictures suggest. Quiet location in the complex, but just a short stroll to both pools and the tennis courts. Owner is very attentive to guests if anything is needed. Highly recommended!

Slice of Heaven in Palm Springs

Casa Verde is the best location, location, LOCATION to all things Palm Springs! Within walking distance of many restaurants, event centers and shopping. Another bonus is the quiet location with other respectful quiet condo owners.Host Raffi is an outstanding host! He is the reason we come back year after year to this well-appointed condo! Raffi treats us like family! Checking in on us routinely and asking if there is anything we need. He is readily available to answer any and all questions. He makes us feel special and valued! FAB stay in outstanding condo!

Communication with the owner and manager is outstanding! A question is promptly answered and if there is a concern it is taken care of immediately. Raffi is a top-notch communicator! Also the condo is very well stocked with quality items. The first thing that drew us to Casa Verde condos was the superb location, within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops and events. The quiet surroundings were another draw. Now there is Raffi with his dependable, courteous and thoughtful help and superbly appointed condo! We're back here again next year!

Winter getaway.

Location is excellent - so much within short walking distance . The unit is spacious and very comfortable . The living/dining room are very roomy . Love the bedroom with the walk in closet and the balcony . The bathroom has a beautiful glassed-in shower. The kitchen has all up to date appliances - dishwasher, washer and dryer ( have to love that ) . Nice, roomy balcony out the front . The unit was clean and extremely well stocked . The owners , Raffi and Steve were very attentive and always available to deal with questions and concerns, which were taken care of in a prompt and satisfactory manner.

Wonderful stay in Palm Springs

This property is centrally located and walkable to downtown Palm Springs. The unit is very comfortable and clean. The unit has everything that you need. Great view of the mountains. Location! Location! Location! Walkability to downtown and popular restaurants/bars. Situated in a quiet and relaxing complex with it's own pool and tennis court. This property is also located near many golf courses.
THINGS TO DO: Downtown Palm Springs offers movie theaters, fine dining, shopping, live theater, boutiques, salons, pubs, West Elm, Sephora. Many clothing, furniture and retail shops are just a few blocks away. Village Fest happens each Thursday evening just two blocks away, while the Palm Springs Art Museum, the internationally acclaimed Film Festival, and Modernism Week all happen nearby. Hiking trails, Indian Canyons, The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Joshua Tree, Idyllwild, Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear all make fantastic day trips.
