Great times at Amado cindi

I really enjoyed my stay at Galen's condo. It was centrally located and and easy in and easy out out to get anywhere in Palm Springs. It was comfortable and inviting and I felt very much at home there.

Home away from home

I love staying at this property. It is centrally located and easily accessible. I feel very much at home here and the pool and spa are spacious and sparkling. I have spoken with the owner and she is a most gracious and accommodating person.

Perfect stay in Palm Springs

We highly recommend this unit. Very clean, quiet and comfortable, with inspiring views to the distant mountains. It is well-equipped and nicely furnished. Even better than it appears in the photos. The condo complex is also heavenly - quiet, very well maintained, nice and friendly neighbors, terrific heated pools and hot tubs. Citrus fruit on offer by some owners, when in season. Walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. Our host was very kind, caring and accessible. Our time there passed way to quickly, and we really didn't want to leave...

Issues

Air conditioning not working on arrival. Dishwasher did not work. Temperature control on shower in den did not work. Blinds in den not working on arrival.

The temperature control has been replaced, in both bathrooms. There is no problem with the dishwasher; you just did not close it properly. I have replaced both the compressor for the air conditioner and air handler, as of today. Thank you for reconnecting the cord on the shade in the den.' It is too bad that you left water marks on my antique dresser and spotted the carpet so badly that I had to have it professionally cleaned. Guess this was not good for either one of us.

Casa Verde

This is a lovely condo. Great location. Owner couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Although the complex is designated non smoking, the nearby neighbors are smokers. They are nice people but smoke is somewhat of an issue. We would definitely rent there again.
