Left bank, near the Seaquarium, quiet residence near a wooded park, less than 5 min walk from the beach by tree-lined pedestrian path, 3 min from shops (mini-market, bakery, caterer, tobacconist, laundromat, hairdresser, restaurant bar, souvenir shop, clothing), mini-golf and children's games. Everything is done on foot 15 minutes from downtown Grau du Roi and Port Camargue by the sea.
On the ground floor, entrance with cabin 2 bunk beds in 90, bathroom with with shower tray, separate toilet, comfortable kitchen in closed cabin with dishwasher, mini oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, grill -bread, electric kettle, bedroom with 1 140cm bed and storage cupboard, living room with 2 sofa beds for 2x2 occasional beds in 130, a dining area for 4 people, 1 TV, 1 fridge / freezer. The terrace accommodates a garden furniture for 4 people.
