Beautiful cottage in a very handy location. The fully enclosed gardens were lovely and were both interesting and secure for our curious dog. The host Mark was responsive helpful and available. We had a comfortable and very enjoyable stay.
Very comfortable and great for our dogs with enclosed garden and walks from the door. Well equipped kitchen with lots of cupboard essentials in case you’ve not found a shop. Would come again.
Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem sehr liebevoll und perfekt ausgestatteten Cottage, das absolut familienfreundlich ist. Jederzeit wieder!
This is a gorgeous stone built cottage up a dirt track, near the church. All you can hear is birdsong and the occasional church bell - perfect for peace lovers! The cottage was clean, and packed to the brim with incidental essentials such as body wash, loo roll, clean towels and storecupboard foods. I spent a week there in absolute heaven!

Thanks for your lovely review Clare. We are delighted you enjoyed your stay with us.
I booked the cottage at Church Hill for a long weekend with 2 friends and my dog. From the get go, Mark, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful break, making the most of the glorious weather! The kitchen had all the equipment we could possibly need to cook breakfast and a couple of dinners, the beds were all so comfortable we slept like babies, and the dog enjoyed charging around the gorgeous garden.
The accommodation and dealings with the owner were first rate. My family and I spent a wonderful few days in this cottage and cannot wait to visit again. It was super clean and had everything you could need and more! Great for people who are looking for peace and quiet.
The cottage at Church Hill is a good as it looks in the photos. It provided us with the perfect base for exploring the countryside and coastal towns of Dorset. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat at home.
