We had such a lovely stay at this cabin for a whole week! The cabin was beautiful, cosy and had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The family were absolutely wonderful, welcoming and so friendly, which made our stay even more special. The kids absolutely loved their time there and had so much fun. It was the perfect place for a family getaway, and we were sad to leave!Thank you so much for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back again!
We had a lovely relaxing 9 day break at Rose Corner. It is a beautiful setting in the rolling hills of Devon and right next to the dairy farm, which was great for us as we enjoyed the animals. We really appreciated the excellent WiFi and smart TV. Sandi was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if we return to area.
This is a very well equipped and clean residential caravan. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the provision of ‘goodies’ was much appreciated. It comes with its own large pet-friendly garden and raised decking with furniture which is ideal for eating outside or simply enjoying a book. The location is idyllic with beautiful views of the countryside. If you like bird song and tranquility, you will not be disappointed. There are numerous places to visit in the area and Seaton has a large Tesco store for easy shopping. Highly recommended!

Not for us! This was just a caravan, with narrow passageway, sticky doors to the rooms with barely room for one person to get around. The beds filled up the whole room space. We were travelling around and needed space to sort out our cases, do some washing (no washing machine!) but we couldn’t fit the suitcase in the double room, barely ourselves. I expect it would suit a simple holiday getaway, but we forfeited our fee and left after one night. The 1.5 miles of single lane road to get to it didn’t help….
My family had a wonderful weekend here. The property was well equipped for our stay, Including some games for us to play in the evening. The area is beautiful to explore, I only wish we had more time! My kids loved being on the farm and really enjoyed being shown round the animals there. An idyllic family weekend away. I would highly recommend staying here.
Beautiful surroundings, very well maintained accommodation. Out of the way, but close enough to Lyme Regis. We were able to see some of the animals in the farm. We will definitely consider staying again
A beautiful location and lovely accommodation with everything we needed. The owners were friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Close to the local towns and pretty villages.
Beautiful area with lovely countryside and nice and close to Jurassic coast. We were visiting for a family party and it was perfect for what we needed. Was good to have an enclosed garden and decking area and we saw the goats and horses.
So welcoming, Friendly, helpful and inclusive. We all just had the best time!! We saw what farm life was life and got involved. Such an experience. The children on the farm were wonderful and welcoming to our girls. Cannot wait to go back again. A real hidden gem here ✨️
We stayed here for 3 nights and the caravan was very comfortable and well equipped.
Being on a working farm was something we’ve never done but looking out each morning and seeing the cows in the fields was lovely and so relaxing. We also had a wander round the farm and saw all the animals.
Even though the farm is rural it’s easily accessible to Lyme Regis and other local places of interest such as Beer.
The owners were there to greet us when we arrived and show us round and were very helpful.
If we’re ever heading in that direction again we’d definitely stay here again.
I was a Bed and Breakfast host for 40 years, but no longer have the rooms, so now have ventured into self catering, and still enjoy meeting new people, and showing them our farm, and animals,
Why they chose this property
WE have always lived here, it is a beautiful part of Devon, with Dorset just 3 miles away and somerset about 10 miles, the beaches are lovely, along with all the small villages and hamlets. A very friendly place to live and visit.
What makes this property unique
We are very rural being 1.5 miles from the main road and nearest village, you could sit all day and relax, enjoying the countryside.
