Just up the hill from Victoria park; close to Mile One stadium, Saint Claire's Hospital, and downtown shops, restaurants and pubs.

By car, the house is less then a minute from Route 2 which will quickly get you out of the city to explore the Historic Avalon Peninsula.

A perfect place to stay! Very well equipped. Off street parking which is a big deal for this part of the city (close to downtown). I’ve stayed in numerous owner rental properties and this place was one of the best for value and cleanliness. I would absolutely stay here again if ever back in St. John’s.

Fantastic stay

Very clean, well maintained and quiet. The location was perfect as it was close enough to downtown that we could walk around and not need much transportation. There is Shoppers and a market nearby.

Lovely apartment for our stay in St. John’s. Easy to get to & easy to access as there was a keypad entry - great since we were very delayed in our arrival & arrived after midnight. It had everything we needed while we visited St.John’s & area.
