Marcus was an excellent host. Quickly communicated with us when we had a little issue and resolved it right away. Soaking in the hot tub before bed was heavenly and everything we needed to make meals was on hand. Quiet neighborhood but was able to watch a movie in the back yard no problem.The central location made access to restaurants,shopping and medical appointments fast and easy. Fans in two of the three bedrooms were nice during hot nights and air conditioning in the main house made it comfortable during hot humid weather. Couch and bedding is a little worn but comfortable and everything is kid friendly. There were games and toys for all ages available. There is a step down into the kitchen and a step up in the entrance but other than that it is one level. Plenty of trees,lights and and some flowers made it feel very much like a private little park for our BBQ meal at the outside table. Our family really enjoyed our stay here.

This is the cutest little house! It was very clean, was well equipped and Marcus was an excellent host. The location is also just a short walk from downtown which made it easy to just leave the car at home. Would highly recommend the house and the host!!
