- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. First class Villa with panoramic sea views in the exclusive area of Camp de Mar The villa is composed of 4 double bedrooms (3 of them with huge sea views), 3 complete bathrooms, a ligt filled and spaciuos living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. XXL Terrace and garden perfect for relax and chill out near the pool and enjoying the lovely views of the Camp de Mar bay, the next to Port d’Andrtax and the first hills of the Tramuntana mountain, rising out of the mediterranean sea.   
Just 50 mts away, the property will offer you a direct access to the sea. A few minutes away there is the well known and exclusive Port d’Andratx Golf Course. The Port d’Andratx with its first class restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, shoping area and marina are just 5 minutes away.

Official check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Electricity costs are not included in the price and have a fee of 0.30 € / kw. Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night

Beautiful position with infinity pool looking over the whole bay of Camp de Mar.Lots of room with large modern kitchen, big lounge, hi-tec TV's and 4 card garage.Good air-con in bedrooms.Well looked after with good service from Sebastion the owner, always at hand with a call.Highly recommended and hopefully will return soon.

Es Camp de Mar, the hidden jewel of Mallorca

This villa is without any doubt a relaxation haven. The location is extraordinary and allow us to experience jaw dropping sunsets every night. Our host Sebastian, was very receptive to our needs and was always available when we had questions. The house is built in sheer rock and it keeps the place cool even during the hot weather. Easy access to a double garage also came in handy to store our bicycles after our spectacular island rides. Would recommend to any group looking for a place to chill out at the end of the day in the infinity pool

A lovely villa with many amenities. Owner Sebastian always at hand and very helpful. Interior was spot on and clean. Could have done with a few chairs/tables on the large terrace/balconies but didn't spoil our stay. Tv's was excellent. All very up to date for todays techi's. Bedrooms all very roomy and well air-conditioned. Bathrooms and showers all very modern. Excellent kitchen and and all modern appliances. Garage for 4 cars! Very private villa with lovely infinity pool and comfy sun beds. Views amazing! Definitely recommend and hopefully will return.

Sebastian's wonderful villa

We had a very enjoyable and totally relaxing time at Ca Totham Villa. Everything was perfect. The villa was spacious, modern and well furnished with comfortable setees and verandah furniture. The bedrooms were air-conditioned and comfortable. The views of Camp deMar bay from the very large balcony/verandah were to die for...amazing. The swimming pool was modern, a good size and warm, it was used every day. Sebastian, the owner was there to greet us on arrival and was a charming, very helpful and kind host. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough...peaceful(end of a cul de sac) , very luxurious and spacious with a large modern kitchen with all the best equipment including coffee maker and wine fridge. Thank you Sebastian for a very memorable and enjoyable week at Ca Totham. We will be back. Best Wishes. The Oliver family.

Schönes, grosszügiges Haus an überwältigender Lage. Das Gäste-WC im Wohnbereich sollte renoviert werden. Schöne Zimmer. Hat super geklappt mit der Hausübergabe, obwohl wir 3h später angekommen sind. Danke

Nicht wie erwartet

Wir haben das Chalet mit 7 Personen bezogen (2 Ehepaare und 3 Damen, alle im Alter von 60 bis 73 Jahren). Nach der Beschreibung sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass sich die 3 Bäder im Anschluss an die Zimmer bzw. in der Nähe befinden - das war nicht der Fall. Es gab nur ein Badezimmer en-Suite, ein Badezimmer lag in der Nähe von den 3 Schlafzimmer, die sich alle in der oberen Etage befanden. Das dritte "Bad" befand sich im Keller und war als Pool-Dusche gedacht. DVD-Player und Stereoanlage waren nicht vorhanden - lediglich ein TV für internationale Programme. Die Vorhänge in einigen Zimmern müssen erneuert bzw. repariert werden. Die Lage der Villa ist wunderschön und gleicht viele der Ausstattungsmängel aus. Sie ist nicht geeignet für mehrere Paare, da nicht ausreichend Bäder vorhanden sind. Für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet. Der "Grill" zeigte sich als kleiner Gartengrill, der bei 8 Gästen völlig unzureichend ist. Es wurden pro Person 1 Badehandtuch und ein kleines Handtuch zur Verfügung gestellt. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn auch Pool-Handtücher vorhanden wären, da ansonsten jeden Tag die Handtücher gewaschen werden müssen. Die Küche war großzügig mit Geschirr und Küchengeräten ausgestattet - leider musste alles vor der Benutzung abgewaschen werden.

Das Haus entsprach in allen Details den Angaben im Online-Inserat. Eine hochwertige Ausstattung, die wunderschöne Lage mit Blick auf das Meer, der große Pool zeichnen dieses Objekt aus. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die Osterwoche auf Mallorca entspannt genießen. Dieses Objekt ist auf alle Fälle weiterzuempfehlen. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist lobenswert.
