"Les Oliviers du Rigaou" is a splendid villa located in the Jas neuf area in Sainte-Maxime.
You will particularly appreciate the panoramic sea view and the heated swimming pool.
The location is ideal (800 meters from the sea, 800 meters from the golf course and close to the city center).

Located at the top of the domain, you will benefit from the calm that the location provides.

A pretty covered terrace allows you to eat out of the sun while overlooking the sea while the pool terrace allows you to relax in the sun with the appropriate garden furniture.

A plancha is available to prepare your meals outdoors.

The dishes, the kitchen utensils and the garden furniture are new and suitable for 12 people.

The 160m² villa is made up of 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 1 triple bunk bed + 1 convertible sofa in the living room, i.e. 11 beds), 3 bathrooms (2 showers and 1 bath), a equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and dining room.

Amazing pool and views !

Really appreciated the fact that the pool was nicely heated when we came in May. The kids spent their time in the pool. Kitchen is a bit old but we didn’t spent too much time there.

Ein wirklich unglaublich schönes Ferienhaus in bester Lage. Allein der Meerblick von der Terrasse ist schon wirklich fantastisch. Hinzu kommt der wirklich großartige beheizte Pool, besser geht es nicht. Wir waren Anfang September 2025 mit drei Kindern hier und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus selbst ist schon etwas älter, aber alles in sehr gutem Zustand, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ein Bad ist komplett neu renoviert. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Uitzicht, beter wordt het niet!

Fijn, licht en ruim huis (wij waren met 6 volwassenen). Je hebt echter wel voor alles de auto nodig. Naar het strand lopen is echt te ver. Het huis had voor ons alles wat wij wensten. Ruimte, uitzicht en heel fijn zwembad. Keuken en badkamers zijn iets ouder maar niet storend. Wij vonden het een heel charmant en fijn familiehuis met een heel lekker buiten (grote tafel, fijn terras, bbq, genoeg, fijne bedden bij het zwembad met schaduwplekken voor iedereen etc. St Maxime leuk stadje. Wij kenden alleen St Tropez maar St Maxime aangename verrassing qua winkels en restaurants.

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold i Les Oliviers. Huset ligger utrolig smukt. Swimmingpoolen var det helt store hit for børnene fra tidlig morgen. Opdelingen af husets værelser var også rigtig fin Vi kommer meget gerne igen:)

Superbe Villa un peu en retrait du bord de mer

9 vacanciers de 7 à 50 ans comme chez eux. Très belle villa avec un séjour, une terrasse et des chambres très agréables. Le lever de soleil est somptueux tout comme la vue. La maison est très bien équipée. La cuisine est grande avec tout l3 nécessaire. Quelques petites « vieilleries » mais qui n’ont aucune influence sur le séjour.

Das Haus bietet alles, was es für einen super entspannten Urlaub braucht! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Leider ging in der Nacht vor dem letzten Urlaubstag die Poolheizung nicht mehr, was für die Kinder etwas entäuschend war. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche hätte besser sein können.

Wunderbar

Es war unser 2. Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Er war genauso schön wie der erste. Die Aussicht von der fantastischen Terrasse auf das Mittelmeer ist einfach phänomenal, der Pool ist außergewöhnlich, Hier macht man Urlaub mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor, einfach großartig.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans la maison de Perrine. Les espaces extérieurs sont bien agencés, on peut y vivre et y faire des activités différentes sans jamais se déranger. La vue est spectaculaire et ressourçante, on ne s'en lasse jamais. Très belle piscine qui a fait la joie de toute la famille. Une plancha super pratique, un ping pong, de nombreux transats, un salon extérieur et un coin repas ombragé, que demander de plus. Cuisine pratique, salon spacieux, 4 chambres dont 3 avec une vue superbe. Equipement bébé complet. On reviendra avec grand plaisir !

Magnifique!

Nous avons été accueillies très chaleureusement par Sylvie qui nous a donné toutes les explications sur la maison. La vue est à couper le souffle, encore plus impressionnante que sur les photos. Les chambres sont très confortables et les espaces de vie spacieux. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, la bouteille de rosé en cadeau de bienvenue très appréciée! Enfin, merci à Perrine et Cédric, les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons, c’est sûr!

Schöne Villa mit Blick auf das Meer

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Antworten erhielten wir immer sehr schnell und freundlich. Die Bilder zeigen genau was man bekommt. Eine traumhafte Terrasse mit einem schönen Pool und wunderbarer Panoramasicht auf das Meer. Das Wohnzimmer und das Esszimmer sind sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Ein Schlafzimmer mit schönem Bad en Suite ist frisch renoviert und hat eine Klimaanlage. Die anderen Zimmer sind schon etwas älter, aber trotzdem sehr schön. Die Küche ist ebenfalls schon etwas älter hat aber alles was man braucht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Villa weiterempfehlen.
