Windward 604 at Edgewater- Sunset Dreams is a mostly carpeted stunning 1 bedroom, 2 bath gulf-front condo that is located on the Top/Sixth Floor (no moving furniture noises from above) in Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in Panama City Beach. This beautifully decorated condo with fun artwork and with a homey slightly tropical feel sleeps 4 with a king in the master bedroom and a commercial-grade sleeper sofa in the living room. It is also complete with an updated kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a private balcony to take in the stunning views of the Gulf Coast. As an added bonus, enjoy over 35 free premium movie channels to watch on the flat screen TVs! Sit on your couch and gaze out of the West facing sliding glass doors to watch the amazing sunsets. Windward 604 at Edgewater- Sunset Dreams is perfect for your Gulf Coast beach vacation!

Windward is only 6 stories high and shares a pool only with its twin building, designed specifically for providing a retreat of convenience, privacy, and relaxation. Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort amenities include: a half mile of private beach, Polynesian-style lagoon pool, eleven total pools, six reflecting ponds, Plexicushion tennis courts, four hot tubs, shuffleboard, on-site restaurants, a 9-hole executive golf course, and endless Florida sunsets. As this resort is extensive, there are golf cart shuttles to take you wherever you'd like to go. You'll find restaurants galore, like Ocean's Bar and Grill for gulf front dining, Starbucks coffee shop, Paradise Pizza, Blenders for frozen drinks on the Lagoon Pool Deck, and Edgie's Corner Market for ice cream or coffee. Absolutely gorgeous views from the kitchen to the master bedroom! Check in was a breeze. We did make the mistake of going to the wrong gate upon arrival (owners gate) but was easily able to find the correct (guest) gate. We loved the location on the 6th (top) floor and had zero issues with noise etc. Parking was great compared to other places we've stayed! My wife and I had such an unforgettable trip and am so glad to of made memories that will last a life time!

Unit is a bit cluttered and lacking upgrades, BUT! unit was super clean, and had everything we needed. Door needs a security lock option (deadbolt, chain, flip lock, etc) Beautiful view and great midrise building. Loved the small attached pool and enjoyed our beach chair service. Very nice condo

We love this location on the beach, and we liked being part of the resort without being in the middle of it all. This condo was so nice and quiet and had everything we needed. We did adjust the vents to allow the bedroom to cool down to our liking and had no other issues.

Awesome location! Fall Asleep To The Sound of The Ocean!

Great location - beautiful view; condo had everything you need; part of a large complex (11 pools/golf course, etc), friendly staff and gorgeous wide white sandy beaches. 2 min “commute” to having your toes in the sand (1 minute of that 2 minute commute for the elevator ride😜😜). Will be back!

Edgewater PCB Getaway

Great location. BEAUTIFUL view! Easy beach access. Condo across from elevator but absolutely no noise issues. Parking lot to condo is like a maze but everything else was 5 stars!! (Ceiling fan was noisy but definitely not a deal breaker)
