The house is conveniently located to most Dallas Landmarks, including The Dallas Zoo, Fair Park, downtown Dallas, The American Airlines Center, The Mesquite Rodeo, The Galleria, White Rock Lake, Lake Ray Hubbard, etc, all within 12 miles or less. 3 bedrooms provide one king bed (master bedroom) Queen bed (bedroom 2) Queen bed (bedroom 3) provide plenty of sleeping space for up to six people . We guarantee a good night sleep.

We stayed here for Bowling State weekend, and the location couldn’t have been better — close to Dallas and easy to get around. The hosts were friendly, quick to communicate, and made check-in super simple. The house had everything we needed for a short stay: clean linens, stocked kitchen, and plenty of space to relax after long days at the lanes.Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area for tournaments or family trips. Very enjoyable!

This was an awesome experience! We were in town to visit our grandkids and we needed a place where we could laugh, talk, make a family dinner and have room for the kids to run around! This fit the bill perfectly for us! And in addition, the owner lives right across the street which would have been extra convenient if we had needed him, which we didn't! My grandkids had a wonderful time playing in the backyard, and the adults enjoyed sitting around the table playing games and talking! We fully intend to come back!

We enjoyed our trip to Garland. It gave us access to many sites for us to enjoy in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Area. The Vargas were very pleasant hosts.. They responded to inquiries quickly. We appreciate them allowing to use their home.

Awesome Hosts and beautiful backyard

The host were really nice! They gave us the tour of the house on check-in and made sure we were provided with all necessary info. Unfortunately, we went during the winter storm and due to power outage the heater was not working and we had to cut our stay shorter. Hosts were very helpful and worked with us to refund the money for remaining of the stay. They even took their posting off until weather improved. We will be staying there again when we go back to Dallas

My family was absolutely delighted to stay here! Eva and Jesus were perfect hosts. The special holiday touches were just so appreciated- they even put up a Christmas tree! We're so grateful to have had such a merry place to stay while we were here celebrating Christmas with family.

Simple house, everything provided. Great yard.

This is a simple home that was good for my group. It's a corner lot with a large fenced in back yard. Would be great for kids/dogs or anyone looking for patio time. The neighborhood seemed nice but the overall surrounding town isn't known for being a great area. We got looks from friends in Dallas when we told them where we were staying. We experienced no issues and never felt uncomfortable. Note that the owners live directly across the street, which could make some a little uncomfortable. They were very kind and inviting when we checked in, but I know many travelers enjoy minimal involvement and privacy from owners. There is no keyless entry or key box.

Peaceful night after long day at work

Why they chose this property

This property is close to major freeways and major attractions. The house is located on a corner lot and 3 blocks from Audubon Park which has a Water park, walking trails, baseball and soccer fields with lost of trees, and a river running thru it. All within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. Located near 635 freeway, I-30, and the George Bush toll road that loops around metropolitan Dallas, Town East Mall, Fire wheel Mall and so many eating places. Perfect for traveling families. The house can sleep 6 people and has a great back yard with large mature trees, perfect for backyard Texas BBQs. Come enjoy, stay a while.
