Cedar Pointe Townhouse

This unit will have a 36-48 hour turnover between guests. The calendar will be blocked according to this. There is a 4-6 night minimum late spring and Summer through Labor Day and a 3 night minimum from October - April. Stays longer than 10 days will need prior approval from management before booking the unit. The Cedar Pointe Townhouse can be booked online through VRBO/Expedia.

This unit can also be rented long-term for $2,250/month, all-inclusive, for 30 days or more, from November - May. Prospective, long-term tenants can contact manager for details.

This Columbia Falls, MT townhouse is nestled in the heart of Glacier Country, between Glacier National Park and our awesome ski and summer resort, Whitefish Mountain Resort. Cedar Pointe is a newly appointed, up and coming neighborhood, conveniently located along the Flathead River. Just north a few yards from the property begins a community-walking path that leads right to the river. Just a short walk up the road leads you to a wonderful local coffee shop, Montana Coffee Traders. For close family fun, take a stroll through Marantette Park or take a quick drive to the Big Sky Water Park. Whether you're going on a hiking expedition in Glacier National Park, whitewater rafting or fly fishing the three forks of the Flathead River, Cedar Pointe Townhouse is a perfect home base for all your Montana adventures.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Start a load of towels in the washer upon check-out. If applicable, please start the dishwasher or hand wash dishes prior to vacating the unit.
Trash pick up is on Monday. If guests are checking out on a Monday, please wheel the garbage can across to the street to the curb. Thanks!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Natural wear and tear is expected even through proper use of housing amenities. Please take care of the place and the amenities. Thank you!

This Cedar Point townhome far exceeded our expectations for a home base for our visit to GNP. Everything we could have needed was stocked and ready for us. We have never stayed in such a well-equipped rental. I would highly recommend this rental if you want a perfect vacation home.
