Very spacious and bright apartment, furnished with taste and style.The three-bedroom sleeping area, one of which has a private bathroom, the other two bedrooms have a balcony overlooking Viale Trastevere. Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, unlimited Wi-Fi and TV. It is located in the most characteristic district of the city with many bars and restaurants .It is for those who love the night life or simply for those who do not want to give up the convenience of staying in the city center,. The house is at the complete disposal of the guests. Guests will be greeted by Francesca who will hand over the keys and provide all the practical information and directions on how to get around the city.


City tax is not included in the reservation and it will be due upon arrival. The amount is of 6 EUR per person per day.


For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement of 30 EUR applies, while for arrivals after midnight, a supplement of 60 EUR applies. All late arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the property.



For stays with a minimum of 5 nights, an extra cleaning service will be provided once a week.
