Lovely New Apartament, is a brand new apartment, just renovated, perfect for large families or groups of friends. It is located on the second floor with a lift. Very spacious and bright apartment, furnished with taste and style.The three-bedroom sleeping area, one of which has a private bathroom, the other two bedrooms have a balcony overlooking Viale Trastevere. Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, unlimited Wi-Fi and TV. It is located in the most characteristic district of the city with many bars and restaurants .It is for those who love the night life or simply for those who do not want to give up the convenience of staying in the city center,. The house is at the complete disposal of the guests. Guests will be greeted by Francesca who will hand over the keys and provide all the practical information and directions on how to get around the city.


City tax is not included in the reservation and it will be due upon arrival. The amount is of 6 EUR per person per day.


For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement of 30 EUR applies, while for arrivals after midnight, a supplement of 60 EUR applies. All late arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the property.



For stays with a minimum of 5 nights, an extra cleaning service will be provided once a week.

Wonderful flat in Trastevere

We had a group of friends snd family visiting Rome for several days. This flat was conveniently located to the tram or easy walks to local restaurants, bars, and attractions. The space was clean and comfortable.

Cute apartment

Stayed 5 days in Rome at the Trastevere apartment. It was as described in the listing. The one thing we had issues with was the sparseness of cooking utensils, eg, sharp paring knives..There was a bread knife and an extremely dull carving knife. If there was a knife sharpener, we failed to find it. It would have been difficult to prepare a meal. This should not deter you from renting it, tho. It’s very modern, clean and handy. Pasticcheria, Post italia ATM, and Supermercato all within short walking distance.

Trastevere is one of the most typical neighborhoods of the historic center, with its narrow alleys full of pubs, restaurants and typical artisan shops. A few minutes away you reach the Janiculum from whose terrace it is possible to observe all of Rome.

The apartment is located in a favorable position for visiting the city on foot. Highly connected to all public transport. Below the apartment there is tram stop 8 which takes you to Piazza Venezia in a few minutes.
