We absolutely love spending time at our home in Cudjoe Gardens and sharing it with others who appreciate the beauty of the Florida Keys. We’re drawn to the crystal-clear waters, world-class diving, snorkeling, fishing, lobstering, and the fun nightlife just a short drive away in Key West. We chose this area because it’s the perfect balance, ideal for boating and outdoor adventures yet close enough to enjoy everything Key West has to offer.

As a host, I truly enjoy connecting with my guests. Many stay for a month or longer, and I often get to know them personally. Some have returned year after year, and one guest has become a dear friend who visits for a month or two annually. I’m always happy to answer questions by phone or text to make sure every stay is seamless and memorable.

Cudjoe Gardens is one of the best boating communities in the Lower Keys, with deep-water access and a full-service marina right in the neighborhood for easy fueling, bait, and supplies. The water access couldn’t be more convenient whether you’re heading out to fish, snorkel, or explore the surrounding islands.

One of our favorite perks is being just minutes from Square Grouper, in my opinion the best restaurant in the Keys. It’s so close that we can put our name in, head home to relax, and return when our table is ready. The area offers the best of both worlds, close to conveniences yet private and peaceful enough to truly enjoy the relaxed salt life Florida is known for.

Our home is located just one house in from the point, offering beautiful open-water views and some of the most spectacular sunsets I’ve ever seen. From the deck, you can sit back and take in the peaceful water while the sky changes colors each evening. The pool is the perfect size for floating and relaxing with friends, making it easy to spend hours enjoying the sunshine and conversation.

We’ve recently invested in a new metal roof and all hurricane-rated windows and doors for added protection and energy efficiency. The home stays cool, quiet, and comfortable year-round. Inside, the open floor plan allows me to cook in the kitchen while still being part of the fun in the living area, and the split-bedroom layout gives everyone privacy.

I also love that there are no large trees blocking the view, so at night the stars often shine bright and clear; there is something truly magical about the Keys. I think our home is a true treasure, and it brings me joy to share it with others who love this special part of the world as much as we do.
