This ocean block 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom 3rd floor walk up, end unit condo is just steps away from the expansive, uncrowded beaches of North Ocean City. The 3rd floor balcony offers views of the Atlantic Ocean and stunning sunsets over Assawoman Bay. Park in your assigned space and put your keys away! Location is a short walk to shopping, grocery store, Northside Park, and an enormous variety of restaurants including Higgins Crab House, Tequila Mockingbird, The Crab Bag, Duffy's and Alley Oops - to name just a few! If you want to venture from North Ocean City, simply catch the beach bus directly across Coastal Highway. Enjoy Sundaes in the Park every Sunday from June through August with free live entertainment, activities for children, ice cream - stick around after dark for the free fireworks display!

Enjoy all of the comforts of home in the spacious, open floor plan living area including flat screen TV, Lazy Boy couches, fully equipped kitchen including Keurig, washer/dryer, plenty of seating at dining table and breakfast bar. Bedroom accommodations include queen bed in the master and two full beds in the second bedroom. All linens and bath towels are provided!

Free parking for 1 vehicle in assigned spot in with ample off-street parking for additional vehicles.

No smoking/vaping, no pets allowed.

Due to HOA requirements guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent of legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Exterior door must be latched at all times. Guests are responsible for any damages to the door; high winds come off ocean and bay side.
Guests will be charged an additional fee of $100 for cleaning over and above typical move out cleaning and/or food, personal items left behind.
Please do not leave towels over the balcony per HOA rules. Please return balcony furniture to 2nd bedroom closet at the end of your stay.

Was very happy with our stay. Couches were so comfortable. Very clean and comfy place. Perfect location across from northside Park for fireworks. The kids were able to walk to chipotle and Starbucks. Easy beach access. It is across the street from the fire station, but they only had one call while we stayed there.

Good location perfect size

Property was spacious enough to comfortably fit 4 children and 2 adults. The property owner was accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. Location was just right. The beach was 1 block away and close enough to plenty of good food and attractions for the kids.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient location!

We stayed 3 nights over 4th of July weekend. The view of the fireworks in the park from the balcony was perfect. Short easy walk to the beach, local shops, and bus stop to head down town. Only 1 reserved parking spot. We had a second car but where able to find street parking.

Amazing property and location

Everything about the property is amazing and perfect. Zero complaints aboit it. We LOVED that the beach is right behind the property, so many great restaurants around it, a dollar tree across from it in a strip mall. Mini golf across the street too. This location was so awesome, it's on 129th street which is about 24 minutes from the main craziness of Ocean city. The drive seemed like nothing and it was great to not be in that constant chaos. Yet close enough to it when we wanted to go that way. Keith was an amazing host, so responsive and knowledgeable. We highly recommend staying here! We certainly will stay again!

We live in the Annapolis area and have owned this condo for 20 years - enjoyed the uncrowded, pristine beach and have made countless memories while raising our two children here. The beach is about 3-minute walk from the unit; spend the day on the beach from morning until sundown, convenience is key! We love having a connection to our guests and hope they can create memories of their own at this property.

Why they chose this property

We love the location of this condo because it offers so much to do and see within walking distance. We park our car and don't need to drive anywhere unless we want to, anything you need is walkable. Northside Park is expansive and offers something for all ages - including gorgeous bay views, lush landscaping, enormous fishing/crabbing pier, paddle boarding, and tons of playground equipment. Walk or bicycle on the miles of trails that wind through the park.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location...the condo is convenient to everything in quiet, family friendly North Ocean City. The condo is bright, open and offers a comfortable beachy feel.
