Make sure you bring water and some food. Anywhere you want to go is between 30 to 45 minutes if not longer.

It's beautiful here. The house is very nice and comfortable and clean. The beach is not adequately shown in the pictures of the house, it's bigger than you think and completely private. We didn't see anyone! We enjoyed watching the boats go by, we saw wildlife including dolphins (!) in the distance, crabs, herons, fish, gulls, geese and a ray. Great space to spread out in the house with two living rooms (one was for video games for our family), a well equipped kitchen and a great dining area for board games. Great time!

This is a wonderful home! Plenty of room, new, well equipped, quiet, and the view is excellent of Chesapeake Bay. Was an excellent location to tour, Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Yorktown areas. Enjoyed several days lounging by the sea as well. Highly recommend this property for families with six persons or less.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We relaxed on the deck and enjoyed the sounds of the bay and the lovely sunsets. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. Our only regret was that we were only there for a couple of days. If our travels take us back to this area, we will definitely stay here again. Lovely property in a lovely location.

Excellent property location right on the water with kayaks and great views of the sunset. Rooms were nicely decorated as described on the site. Only negative was the water from the shower and sinks smelled like rotten eggs from the well water. Wish that was disclosed in the listing. Positive overall other than that though.

Beautiful home, location was great, quiet and relaxing. Views of the bay were great. Home was good If you have kids but would also be good for anytype of stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would stay here again!

Beautiful waterfront property!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this home right on the water. Got great use of their kayaks and the town was close enough for supplies and local dining. Would absolutely stay again.

Overall the unit was very good. View of bay was great after the Nor-Easter blew by. The house was very large and clean. Two items that made stay a bit off: We arrived lateafter dark and the house porch light was not on. Made it a bit difficult until we got inside. There were four TV's and two did not work. The TV in master did not work. The owner said it died a while ago. That should have been noted in description. I may have not rented if I new that ahead of time.

The VIEW is magnificent
