When you're not exploring Silver Dollar City, take full advantage of all the Notch Estates community amenities. We had a great time at the condo, and we loved the view off the balcony! Unfortunately, the drains in the sink and shower in the primary bathroom were not draining well. All in all, we enjoyed it!

Great Property

This was a great place to stay for us, very close to Silver Dollar City which is why we came to Branson this time. Very clean and easy to check in and check out. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

This property was a great place to stay for our family of 6. It is close to SDC, has a basketball court, 2 pools, hiking trails, and a private pond.

Summer vacation

Nice to stay in a "home" like property. Offered laundry, dishwasher, kitchen, outdoor spaces and private bedrooms. Would definitely stay again.

Definitely a budget rental! Don’t book if you are used to nicer stays! The condo smelled faintly of smoke and none of the light switches for the fans worked properly. The pots and pans and utensils were pretty rough and poor quality. But the area surrounding the condo and the pool areas were pretty gross. The bathroom by the pool, the pool that wasn’t drained, was unusable with ants and spiders everywhere. Condo wasn’t conducive to a relaxing stay or an easy departure with all the lengthy requirements asked for from the management company or owners. Wouldn’t stay again!

Perfect Condo For a Couple or For a Family

My husband and I spent the week at this condo celebrating our anniversary. The condo was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. The view from the deck was beautiful and the perfect spot to relax. The location was close enough to all the attractions and restaurants while being far enough away that it was quiet and serene. We’re already planning on coming back with our 3 kids.

The property was nice and organized but the only reason for the 2 star rating on cleanliness is that the sheets in the main bedroom had a couple small blood stains. I did contact the host and they offered to change the sheets immediately. Other than that we liked the inside of the condo. The only other downfall for me is that 1 of the pools was closed down so it left only 1 other pool and it was very busy during the time I had to go use it so I ended up not going in the pool at all. Overall my stay was decent and I would consider staying again.

Great stay.

Would stay here again. Easy access. Great location. Clean. Beds were comfortable. Owner communicated quickly. No issues or problems. Be aware this unit has no dishwasher. Also the unit is up a flight of stairs with no elevator. Neither were a problem to us but might be to some.

Quite Place

The condo is in a great location with easy access to the other side of table rock lake. I was surprised how quite it was. The back deck is very nice, being covered and no sun. Kitchen is okay. We found what was needed or purchased oil, baggies,etc. they do provide coffee which was nice. Noticed that they didn’t have any wash cloths?? Overall nice.

They canceled our reservation less than 2 hours before check in

I can not say if the property was nice or clean, since they canceled our reservation less than 2 hours before check in. The host blamed VRBO and VRBO blamed the host. Regardless, it left us scrambling for a place to stay with 4 teenage girls, my husband and myself. That was not ideal since we had to choose between leaving the 4 teenagers in a motel room by themselves or asking my husband to room with 2 of them and me with the other two. VRBO did find us a motel for the first night, but it was far from what we were expecting to stay in. Overall, I was very disappointed!!!

Overall, the property fit our needs very well. My teens each had their own bed and my husband and I had the king master bedroom. It was a good size and two bathrooms were a nice change from a hotel or our RV. The email I received stated that check-in was 4 pm. We arrived at 4:05 to find the cleaning crew still there and one of them was quite rude to tell me check-in was 5:00 and it always has been. I didn't argue since I could clearly see the condo was not ready for check-in. We took the short trip to Walmart which was nice to have so close and waited out the next hour. At 5:00 we returned to find the property cleaned and ready for us. We enjoyed the next four days. The drapes were nice to block out the sun for those of us that wanted to sleep in. The noise machines were appreciated by my kids who use them at home. Unfortunately, the kitchen appliances were below my expectations. The pots had not been cleaned properly by the previous family and I found myself having to wash pots and pans twice...before and after use. The kitchen in general was dirty and I'm sure I left it cleaner than when I arrived. The trail down to the lake was quite steep. This should have been noted in the listing. It wasn't a problem for us, but our neighbors in our building had a toddler and were asking if we knew another way down there. This was our first time to stay in a VRBO since we usually camp in our RV. VRBO has been recommended by many of my friends so we thought we would try it. Overall, it was ok. Not great and not terrible.
