1200 sq.ft Ocean front penthouse condo in Ormond Beach, FL. Special discount rate (25% off) through Dec. 1st due to minor repairs being done to the walkways, balconies and railings. Some noise will be audible M-F 9am - 4pm. Condo has two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa and comfortably sleeps 6. Two bathrooms both with showers and 1 tub to relax and enjoy a soak. Large living room with views of the beautiful ocean and a beautiful view of the pool. This large condo has a walk around balcony with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the sunrise. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to enjoy cooking meals in the unit. It is located directly across from Publix and there are many delicious restaurants within walking distance. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. No quarters needed! Come, relax and enjoy the view

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Please make sure the refrigerator is empty and all trash taken to the dumpster in the corner of the parking lot. 2. Put all dirty towels in a pile in the hallway 3. Turn the AC to 76 degrees
4. Run the dishwasher if it has dirty dishes 5. Turn off all lights and close the curtains 6. Hang up the key by the front door 7. Lock the front door upon exit 8. Come back and visit soon!

Great place to stay!!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo. It was clean and equipped with everything anyone would need. The ocean front view was just as the owner described and the pool and beach could not have been easier to access. We will definitely come back and stay again! Thank you!

Really Enjoyed our Stay

This condo is spacious, well stocked and a perfect location. The condo is on the top floor and a corner unit with a wrap around balcony overlooking the beach. There is a walkway to the beach for the complex which gave easy access to the beach. Across the street is a Publix and Dunkin Donuts and down the street is a local brewery that’s excellent - Beachside Brewery. Check-in was easy as was checkout. I can’t think of anything that was lacking; it was great pretending for a month that we lived on the beach!

Christmas get away

I wanted a Christmas get a way and we had the best, although the weather wasn't great the view was and that made up for that. Kim is great to work with and I have never had such a personable & caring host. The condo did not feel like the usual condos we have rented in the past, this has a very homey and welcoming feel that I truly felt like I could never leave. They have everything you need from house hold to beach & pool supplies, which you don't find to often. Love the location, you really have just about everything you could need all in walking distance. I love staying in Ormond and really hope to go back again soon, fingers crossed Indies House P1 is available when I do. Thank you Kim for sharing you beautiful "Home away from Home" with us.

I loved this home away from home. What a quiet and quiet and more quiet condo to stay at! Everything was spotless and you won’t need a thing! I loved watching the bunny rabbits in the dunes. The sunrise is to die for. You will sleep like a baby in the king size master bedroom. Don’t hesitate, just book it here! Beach lovers Paradise!

Absolutely love the condo. Location and view says it all. Beautiful place to wake up to! Walked the beach everyday. Grew up on the beach so I know and this spot was top on my list of beach get-aways. Can't wait to go back. The view.....❤️ Priceless!

Great stay!

Everything was as stated on vrbo site. Unit was clean, well stocked and great views of 🌅. We had a few issues, which were addressed immediately. Kim handled everything quick. Barbara and Tom, maintenance people were very helpful at check in and helping us deal with anything that needed attention. I would recommend this unit if wanting to stay in ormond beach. It's in the quiet end of beach with shopping across the street.

We were very pleased with everything in the condo. All you would need, and more! So clean and decorated beautifully. The balcony, looking right on to the beach, was wonderful. We loved going out there for our morning coffee at sunrise and watching the dolphins play. The owner was very pleasant and communicated well. Overall a great place to stay!! We are a family of 5 and we live in Jacksonville, FL. The Indies House condo has been my home away from home for 35 years. My husband and I and our 3 boys love the beach and love making memories in Ormond by the sea. We purchased this condo from my parents in 2019 so that we could keep it in the family for generations to come. We look forward to sharing our beautiful oceanfront retreat with you!

Why they chose this property

A perfect quiet location near all the Daytona-Ormond-Flagler amenities as well as plenty of restaurants and shopping.
Friendly people and very well maintained.
If you are looking to relax on the balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean while listening to the waves, this place is for you! You can also rent kayaks and stand up paddleboards close by and enjoy water sports in the ocean. Sunrise walks and sandcastles are a bonus! The lifeguard tower is directly in front of the condo which is a great added safety feature.
