A great week in the fantastic villa in colico. Everything was fine, the house is well equipped and comfortable. Nice pool and terrace. Claudia is an excellent host, very friendly and always helping! Thanks a lot for the great hospitality!!

A very clean spacious property with lots of room for 3 generations. The villa is well equipped with several areas for sitting out. The top floor provides a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, especially enjoyable in the early evening. We enjoyed outings to the many beautiful lakeside towns by walking, car, ferry and motor boat all easily reached from Colico.Many thanks to Claudia for her excellent communication.

Tolle Lage!

Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche, 1 Hund) zwei super schöne Wochen in der Villa Family verbracht. Die Villa Family liegt sehr zentral in Colico, so dass die Besuche am See, beim Bäcker, in den Eisdielen und in den vielen leckeren Restaurants und Pizzerien zu Fuß möglich sind. Auch gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt in Fußnähe, so dass nur für den Großeinkauf im nahe gelegenen Einkaufszentrum das Auto erforderlich ist. Das Haus wurde modernisiert, so dass nun alle Räume nicht nur modern und ansprechend eingerichtet sind sondern auch über eine Klimaanlage verfügen. Da wir Ende Juli / Anfang August dort waren, haben wir diese Erneuerung sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Im ersten OG gibt es eine schöne große überdachte Dachterrasse, die teilweise einen Blick auf den See ermöglicht. Claudia, unsere Gastgeberin, hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns mit vielen Tipps für Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bootsverleih versorgt. Sie ist jederzeit erreichbar und antwortet schnell und kompetent. Einziges Manko während unseres Aufenthalts: das Haus gegenüber wurde grundsaniert. Durch den Baulärm war eine ruhige und entspannte Zeit am Pool nur schwer möglich. Aber die Baustelle ist ja nur temporär…. So dass wir gerne wieder kommen 😊

Traumhafte Villa mit gastfreundlichen Vermietern

Wir besuchten die Villa Family in Colico im August 2019 mit 8 Personen + Hund. Die Angaben im Inserat wurden nicht nur erfüllt, sondern sogar übertroffen. Dies liegt vor allem an... … der Lage und Umgebung: in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum von Colico bzw. 15 Minuten zum nächsten großen Strand (Wiese). Garten mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den höchsten Berg des Comer Sees und weitere wunderschöne Gebirgsketten im Umkreis. Vom Balkon sogar "Seeblick" zwischen den Häusern durch. Sehr gepflegter großzügiger Garten + Terrasse (abends alles beleuchtet). Parkmöglichkeiten am Objekt ausreichend für bis zu 3 Fahrzeuge – wenn es eng wird, gibt es aber auch im Wohngebiet genug öffentliche Parkplätze. … der Vermieterin: Soweit uns bekannt, vermietet Frau Uberti zwei Objekte am Comer See. Entsprechend familiär, gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend ist die Atmosphäre bzw. der Umgang mit uns Gästen gewesen. Keine Fließbandabfertigung sondern individuelle Betreuung – soweit gewünscht. Man kontaktiert Frau Uberti per Telefon, SMS oder WhatsApp, sofern man ein Anliegen hat. Uns wurden viele nützliche Hinweise für Ausflüge gegeben. Außerdem reservierte sie uns auch einen Tisch in einem Restaurant. … der Ausstattung und dem Objekt: Vor weniger als einem Jahr wurde die gesamte Villa saniert. Entsprechend schön und neu ist das gesamte Mobiliar, die gesamte Ausstattung sowie die Außenanlage. Wer es modern und aufgeräumt mag, wird sich hier wohlfühlen. Die Zimmer verfügten über bequeme Betten und ausreichend Stauraum. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der für unser Verständnis riesige Pool (ca. 6m x 4m). Ausreichend groß um darin zu schwimmen. Außerdem sehr sauberes Wasser (moderner Salzwasserpool) und nachts beleuchtet. Des Weiteren stand in der Villa alles zur Verfügung, was man in einer Wohnung benötigt, wie bspw. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küchenutensilien und Geschirr aller Art. Wir sind schon oft verreist, haben aber noch nirgends eine so engagierte und zuvorkommende Vermieterin kennengelernt. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder. Weiter so!

Super vacances

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans la villa à Colico avec notre famille venue du Québec. La villa est grande, les chambres spacieuses, la terrasse ombragée et la piscine très agréable. Claudia et son mari sont passés pour voir si tout allait bien ; ils sont très chaleureux et nous ont donné quelques bons conseils d’activités. La villa est située dans un quartier calme non loin du lac et des commerces ; on peut y aller à pied. Nous garderons de très bons souvenirs de nos vacances à Colico. Famille Borgus

Tolle Unterkunft

Buchung und Abwicklung super easy. Federico, unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort war verlässlich und hat uns den check-in einfach gemacht. Das Haus hält alles was es verspricht. Sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet. Fußläufig ist das Zentrum in 10 min. zu erreichen. Auto kann stehen bleiben. Kontakt mit den Vermietern Claudia und Beppe oder Federico per Whattsapp super. Würden jederzeit wirder kommen. Danke für alles

Tolles Haus in Colico.

Zusammen mit Freunden haben wir eine Woche in der Villa Family verbracht. Es war eine sehr tolle Zeit. Die Betreuung von Claudia und Federico war perfekt. Das Haus hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

Beautiful days

Claudia, thank you very much . These days were great! Villa Family is amazing and comfortable. The position , a few minutes away from the center and the lake . Fantastic! We had shopping and we drunk a glass of wine with the greatest view. We love the pool and also the bedroom. Thank you for your hospirality. We will come back as soon as possible. Very suggested house ,fully equipped, we enjoyed so much

We spent beautiful time ,very good house,very good services. Claudia ,the owner was so kind and helpful. The house is fully equipped,ideal for families, very nice garden with barbeque. We enjoy so much. In a few minutes by walk you arrive in Colico center ,in the main square with restaurants and pubs, and in some beaches. Very suggested house. For sure we will come back! Thanks again to Claudia and Giuseppe (the owners)
