About this property

Quiet villa with private pool, close to the sea

The house is located in the quiet area of Balcon al mar and just 10 minutes walk from the Cabo de la Nao. You can enjoy a pleasant stroll to admire the magnificent sunset over the cliffs. The small cove of cala Ambolo is just a 15-minute walk away and by car you can access several beautiful beaches with turquoise waters located within 3 km.
The house has a very large terrace equipped with sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture in order to make the most of a well-deserved rest around the private swimming pool of 10x5 m. You also benefit from a summer kitchen, equipped with a barbecue, sink and 4-burner gas hob so as not to miss anything of the holiday air. Inside you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 with a 160cm bed, one with a 140cm bed and another with 2 90cm beds. 1 shower room with WC and a bathroom with WC are at your disposal. The living room is furnished with sofas, a large screen TV with French and foreign channels, you can use the fully renovated indoor kitchen. Air conditioner. You will be able to park 2 cars under the porch provided for this purpose and the house is completely fenced.

Bon emplacement et bon équipement pour cet ensemble vieillot nécessitant rafraîchissement.

Bon emplacement. Intérieur vieillot mais bien aménagé et équipé (Attention 1 seul climatiseur qui ne rafraîchit que les 2 chambres du fond portes grandes ouvertes). Extérieurs mériteraient un rafraîchissement et quelques plantes sans besoin de beaucoup d'eau, cela donnerait moins l'impression d'abandon en arrivant Propriétaire sympa en échanges SMS et au téléphone mais sans relais sur place en cas de problème technique. Nous sommes restés tout le séjour sans machine à café en panne, non remplacée par qu'elle aurait moins d'un et sous garantie en France, et plusieurs jours sans éclairage dans la salle de douche. Autrement nous y avons quand même passé un agréable séjour

Lovely holiday, aging property

Overall the property was fine, with a lot of outside space, and a perfectly sized pool. The bedrooms were basic and the linen choice was strange (one bed had Chicago football team branding), but clean. Two bedrooms had hanging and shelves, one bedroom didn't have anywhere to put any clothes. The kitchen was well equipped but there were not 6 of anything that matched - a big mix up of plate and cup styles, and cutlery was a big mix of varying quality knives/forks/spoons. There were only 3 wine glasses, so we had to buy some. The fridge kept food cold, if not frozen! The oven appeared brand new, and the dishwasher and washing machine were very welcome! The bathrooms were clean but the shower hoses in both didn't have a way of staying up on the wall - we bought and fitted some suction holders so that we could shower. Towels were not included, and it would have been so much easier for guests if they had been. There was half a roll of toilet paper on arrival! The BBQ area/outside kitchen was great, although one of the wooden chairs was broken, but we managed to use it. We had to modify the BBQ so it could be used as there was no grate for the coals. There is a gazebo in the garden but it was small, claustrophobic, of very poor quality and offered little shade. We recommend a sail between the house and the wall to offer more shade. Lots of sun loungers and different areas for the outside space. The garden maintenance person came, as did the pool person. Overall we had a good holiday, and I'd rate this property as 3 star.

Nice house with a big swimming pool. Beautiful location in a very quite mountainous environment. Not far from the sea and shopping area's. Ideal for families with kids. We have enjoyed it very much! .

Trop magnifique Javea avec soleil et chaleur

Villa très sympa au calme et belle piscine, barbecue. Bien équipée, cuisine, grand salon grande télé, salle à manger terrasses, 3 chambres, 2 salle de bains 2 toilettes. Villa agréable pour les vacances, à 7 minutes de la plage et le village de Xabia et le port. Farniente assuré. Près à revenir.

Villa qui correspond parfaitement à la description. La piscine est grande et la cuisine d'été est très agréable. La plage d'ambolo est à seulement 10 minutes à pieds et la plage principale avec restaurants et bars a moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Très bien

Villa très agréable dans un quartier très calme; Maison suffisament spacieuse (2 couples, 3 enfants) typique de la région. Piscine, barbecue, cuisine d'été, belle terrasse et à 4 km du centre de Javea, plage, marché. Le soir bord de mer très animé. Nous la recommandons et espérons y revenir bientôt, très bon séjour, nous gardons un bon souvenir.

Très bien

Villa agréable , grande piscine . Cuisine d'été couverte avec barbecue très agréable . Maison bien située , proche de tout , tout en étant au calme , a même pas 10 minutes en voiture de la plage , du village et des commerces . Location conforme à l'offre . Nous avons passé 15 jours de belles vacances !
