Great Javea short stay

Lovely well appointed quiet Villa with private pool which would comfortably sleep 6 adults in three bedrooms. Property manager was extremely helpful but not intrusive in any way. Definitely a return visit on the cards.

Wonderful

This was by far one of the most beautiful holiday villa's we have stayed in (and we have stayed in many). It was clean, well kept, beautiful inside and of course the grounds and views were amazing. Louise couldn't have been more helpful and responsive throughout our stay! We would love to come back!

Cannot Be Better

This property is amazing! The house is very well appointed with everything you need. The furniture is modern and comfortable. The decor is extremely tasteful. It was immaculately clean. The pool is large and private and also spotless. The views are unreal. The yard and lot is large and private. The location is great, perched on a high point about 20 mins drive from anything you need. I usually try to find some constructive feedback but this time I have none. This place could not be better! We loved it.

Mirador

We really enjoyed our week at Mirador, the property is perfectly situated with incredible views. I would suggest having a car to make the most of the surroundings, the beach at Granadella is really special. The property manager Louise was excellent, I would have now hesitation returning to this villa.

Casa maravillosa y vistas increíbles

Es una casa preciosa, muy grande y con todo lo necesario, cocina completa y todo nuevo. Y las camas perfectas algo que se agradece cuando no duermes en tu cama. Muchas gracias Louise que estuvo pendiente de nuestra estancia. Lo único negativo es que estuvimos en Semana Santa 2019 y llovió muchísimo así que volveremos para disfrutar de la casa.

A little slice of heaven

We have recently returned from a four weeks holiday staying in Casa Mirador. The villa is in a wonderful private location overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Casa Mirador is Finca-style villa, spacious and very comfortable . It has an elegance of a bygone Spanish era with vaulted ceilings, with marble floors throughout the property. The house has been recently refurbished and is spotlessly clean. There are three bedrooms all with new en-suite facilities. The beds are extremely comfortable with memory-foam toppers. There is air conditioning in each bedroom. The kitchen has new appliances which includes a dishwasher, washer dryer, hob and oven and a fridge freezer. There is an Nespresso coffee machine and a blender. The lounge has a comfortable sofa unit and a day bed. There is gas central heating throughout, and we found it very comfortable and easy to control. There is excellent wifi and a new large plasma screen, smart TV, with numerous channel selections. Outside there is a large recreational area with wrap around gardens which are private and not overlooked. The sea view from here is breathtaking!!!! Patio furnishings, bbq, and sun loungers are new and comfortable. The booking and communications with Louise and Dean of White Coast Properties was excellent. We were met warmly by Louise who had prepared the villa for us and provided us with a welcome pack of provisions. She walked us through the house and explained the facilities and how to operate them. This is the second time we have rented using White Coast Properties, and would have no hesitation of using them in the future. This villa definitely has the ‘wow-factor’ and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very sad to say goodbye.

EXCELLENT LOCATION

The property was in very good condition with the most beautiful views overlooking the ocean. The villa was clean and well maintained with everything in very good working order. If we were to be there in the hotter months, we would definitely require air conditioning but would definitely return to visit. The service we received from Dean and his co-workers was excellent and would highly recommend this Villa for rental.

Superbe Villa

Nous avons passé 10 jours de vacances entre amis, nous étions 6. La maison était magnifique, exactement identique à ce que l'on voit sur les photos. Aucune mauvaise surprise. Louise et Dean, les gérants de cette villa sont adorables, serviables, et vous pouvez leur demander tout ce que vous souhaitez. L'intérieur est spacieux, tout est fourni (linge de maison, de toilettes et de piscine) et vous avez même un petit cadeau nourriture et boisson en entrant. L'extérieur est somptueux et la vue est à tomber par terre. Prenez garde cependant à 2 petits détails : - Le prix est un poil cher par rapport à ce qui se pratique en Espagne (d'autant que la ville de Javea n'est pas la plus attractive, et que la maison est située à 1H30 de Valence d'un côté et 1H30 d'Alicante de l'autre). - La maison n'est pas climatisée. Les ventilateurs ont été installés, fonctionnent très bien mais sont un peu bruyants. A part ça, l'endroit est parfait (si vous n'êtes pas plus de 7 personnes).
