Beautiful, clean and gorgeous area! Most places we went were within a 5 mile radius. Loved the style and decor and the beds were heavenly. Had everything we needed and felt like a beautiful resort. Would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful, quiet and safe area. We enjoyed our month here! Easy place to walk our small dog. The home had everything we required. There are so many places to go and eat in the area and the proximity to Scottsdale and highways made it central to all the places we visited.
Great Phoenix location, easy access to hiking, restaurants, and other activities. Quiet area with excellent accommodations. Owner very responsive and knowledgeable. We will stay at the home again!

The house was exactly as advertised, well-appointed and very comfortable. The host was an excellent communicator and very responsive given that they were in NYC for at least part of our stay. It is just across from one of the pools which we had mostly to ourselves and it was beautiful. Great location with short drives to shopping and other amenities. Gated community felt very safe. We will be back!
This was a good place to stay overall. There are a few issues when we arrived but the owner, Peter, was very responsive and took care of them right away. Back patio furniture could be updated, and the cleaners could’ve done a better job before we arrived. Wonderful location.
The place is just as the website describes. Very nice condo in a quiet neighborhood (almost too quiet). We were hoping to find some pickleball players on the courts but no one was around. We had an issue with the door lock and washing machine but the owner was very helpful and resolved the issues quickly.
My husband and I stayed in this townhome for two weeks in April 2024. It is a beautiful location in Phoenix-we used to live close by! We loved the tennis courts and pool. The townhome was clean and comfortable. My favorite feature was the skylight in the master bath. We made use of the washer and dryer, but we had to buy laundry supplies-none were provided. We would definitely stay here again on future trips. A pizza pan or cookie sheet would be nice to have in the kitchen…

Our time spent at this home was peaceful. We did enjoy the intimate setting. (This is not a complaint only a friendly observation). We appreciate the cleanliness of the home in the major areas. However, there were some minor areas that could have used some attention. Small collections of dirt/debris on the side of the sink in master bathroom and guest shower upstairs appeared to have dark stains on tile floor. The home could use a bit of an upgrade. And we had a minor issue with check in. However, The host were amazing at communication especially Veronica who made certain our check in went smoothly with no further issues.All in all it was a good stay. And would definitely try that home or try another one of their properties again.
We absolutely loved the condo, and it was exactly as described in the listing. Peter answered our questions immediately and was very nice to work with. We loved the area and felt very safe. The pool was so nice and warm as it was only about 70 degrees outside during our visit, I really appreciated being able to use the pool. There is also a small gym which I was not aware of at the pool area. That was a bonus. We chose this area to be between our two daughters. I wanted a safe place to walk our new grandson and a large enough dining area to have an early Thanksgiving this our children. It was very nice and we look forward to next year!

We’ve been hosting for years and have welcomed hundreds of guests across multiple cities. Before hosting, we produced live theater in Los Angeles and managed long-term rentals, so hospitality and presentation have always been at the heart of what we do.
Peter’s a fast-talking, opinionated New Yorker. Veronica’s a calm, thoughtful California native. Somehow, it works. We met online in 2013, and we’ve been together ever since. Now we live in the San Fernando Valley with our three dogs—Delilah, Henry, and Norman—who run the house and pretend we work for them.
