Air-conditioned, classified*** gîte with heated pool near the Gorges de l'Ardèche
Ideally located in the heart of the tourist region, but quiet, the house is surrounded by mature gardens, with heated pool from April to September (except July and August).
Very nice panoramic view from the terrace on the Cévennes ardéchoises and vineyards.
"L'Oustaou", adjoining our second gîte, with independent access. The swimming pool is planned for our 2 cottages only and owners.
Warm and well equipped interior including a living room kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, 2 toilets. TV and DVD player, free WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine ...
Large terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue.
Garden games in the garden: swing, slide
Private parking under the mulberry trees.
Loan of a cot, high chair and small bath on request.
Many activities around: swimming in the rivers Ardèche, Chassezac and Beaume, canoeing, canyoning, climbing, horse riding (near riding school), tree climbing (treetop course in Grospierres), walks and hikes, "greenway" (for bicycles and walkers).
Discovery of superb caves such as the Cocalière, the Aven d'Orgnac, the restoration "Cave of the Pont d'Arc" (replica of the Chauvet cave dating back 36,000 years), stone villages, typical markets ...
And of course, swimming and relaxing in a quiet environment!
