The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring all-new stainless-steel appliances, a four-burner stove, double oven, quartz countertops, and modern plumbing fixtures. Emerald Vista sleeps 12 guests comfortably across four beautifully decorated bedrooms. Three rooms feature king-sized beds, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for kids with two twin bunk beds and a trundle to sleep 5, or you can use the Insta-EZ Queen raised air mattress instead of the trundle to sleep up to 6 in the bunk room.

The master suite is a sanctuary of its own, offering a private balcony with chaise lounge chairs and a high-top table – ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks while taking in the panoramic ocean views. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a tub, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and comfortable with great beach access. The weather was outstanding. The water was clear and blue. The beach was sugar sand. Sunrises and sunsets were enjoyed from the deck. We enjoyed going to the pier once or twice a day and saw sea turtles up close, sharks, sting rays, large tuna and the excitement of a fisherman catching a large king mackerel. The Art festival was in Pensacola while we were there and we enjoyed that as well. The area food was good. Our favorite was Peg Leg Pete’s. We hope to return again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo during our Spring Break 2025 vacation! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with beautiful views and easy access to local restaurants and shops. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and made sure we had a smooth check-in experience. We loved relaxing on the balcony and watching the sunset. Definitely a memorable trip—highly recommend this place for a beach getaway!

Great location and nice home. The only thing that we did not liked are the beds, they are hard and very uncomfortable. We had a hard time sleeping. Also, they should provide more blankets, bed sheets, etc. Other than that was a nice little vacation.
