When you want to get away from it all, welcome to our beach home at 1107 Ocean Blvd. This 1930's home has been renovated in keeping with the beach theme in mind.

THE SPACE
Your entry will be on the second level with a covered porch. There is plenty of space on the porch to sit back and relax with your morning coffee or afternoon wine. Upon entry, there is a comfortable dining area open to a separate TV room with comfy sofas and Smart TV. Down the hall is a cozy bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom in the back of the home has a queen size bedroom, bathroom with shower and closet, and Smart TV. The kitchen is in the back of the home and is fully equipped everything you need. The spiral staircase leads you up to the third level master suite with a king size bed, Smart TV, and access to covered balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted corner tub, separate shower and sink. There is a walk-in closet with a washer/dryer for your use. Note you are renting the 2nd and 3rd floors. The first floor is another unit, occupied by a long-term resident that you might see coming and going.
Whether a romantic getaway or a family gathering, 1107 Ocean Blvd is an excellent choice. Occupancy is a max of 4-5.
Home is located on the south end of the Island, close to the St. Simons' Pier Village district which serves as a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its oceanside pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.
After dinner, a popular activity is a sunset walk on the beach or strolling through the village, browsing through the boutique shops and eating ice cream. There are a number of local bakeries and sweet shops in the Pier Village that will tempt your taste buds.
Dolphins can be spotted playing in the ocean during the warmer months and Whale watching season is December thru March.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the top two floors of the home. Parking is conveniently located at the front of the home for 2-cars max.
We are pet friendly, but you must get management approval before bringing your pet and a fee applies. As part of the pet approval, pets shall never be left alone or unattended.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
