Awesome location walk to the beach or villag! Located right across from the lake between the two pools (one is heated in cooler months) Large private backyard and a cozy arbor and fan over the private patio with a porch swing, rocker, dining set and grill. Remodeled with open concept removing downstairs walls for easy kitchen, dining, and living room flow. All wood and tile floors. Located right by fishing lake so bring your fishing poles! Located on the back side avoiding all traffic and noise with parking right in front of condo. Master bedroom offers King bed with quality linens. Large TV in each bedroom. Large walk through closet to bathroom vanity is big enough for a porta crib. Second bedroom has two double beds and a large walk-in closet turned into a bunk bed sleeping cove sure to please the little ones or teens

Our stay was amazing! The house perfectly met our needs and was centrally located for access to the whole island. It has a very charming quality that fits the beach lifestyle. Our son loved the built-in bunk bed in the closet. He could close himself way and have his own space. Would love to stay there again.

Great location to the pier, restaurants, and shopping

My family had a fabulous time staying at the condo as it was close to all the areas that we used bicycles to get around everywhere. The condo had all the amenities that we were interested: a great outside sitting area, easy access for dog walking, lots of sleeping areas for teenagers, two pools, and plenty of outside sitting areas around the property. Having a bicycle rack in front made parking multiple bicycles easy. There were many families that were also visiting, and everyone was very friendly. The condo has been well-maintained and was prepped for our arrival with towels and clean sheets. Throughout the stay, Darlene checked in to ensure there were no issues, and it was wonderful that she made the effort. My family plans to return to St Simons Island in the future, and we would gladly return to this condo.

This property was a 5 star

The property was 5 star it wasn’t even close. The property manager worked with us very well. We had to chase down the check in information… when we arrived it was not clean. The manager offered to have it cleaned again, but we were so disgusted, we left. During Covid cleanliness needs to be top priority. This was not a one miss cleaning, it was continual. We were given a refun,and we hope this Condo gets the attention it needs.

I was very disappointed to read this review. I am the property manager and owner that spoke with this renter, Michelle. I have never advertised falsely that my condo was on the beach. In fact I describe the location and the walk through the village to the pier/beach. I knew Michelle would not be happy sticking to the contract and since I was out of town and could not meet with her I thought it best to give her a full refund, so she could find another place. I take pride in a clean condo! My cleaning service had texted me 21 pictures of the cleaned condo at 2:00 before arrival so I know it was cleaned. When I got back in town I was surprised to find the beds had been slept in. I confronted Michelle and she said she would send me proof of their stay where they checked in elsewhere, but she never did. I don’t know what else to say. I’ve never had this experience before but can assure everyone this is an awesome rental and I am proud of it.

Beautiful memories made

Our VBRO experience was pleasant and made our trip worry-free. Our host was very responsive and patiently answered any questions we had. She was most accommodating to special needs. The condo was perfect for our small group of four adults. Upon entered the condo we were meet with a warm and inviting feeling of home. The condo was exceptionally clean and the decor was absolutely darling. The plentiful towels and other necessities were most appreciated. We traveled with two dogs and this community was awesome in welcoming our furry family. The Oceanwalk grounds were manicured and shared lots of activities from a playground to a dog park area. Our dogs looked forward to their walks and they loved the wildlife, ducks, squirrels, lizards and such. It was relaxing and fun for our entire group. The pools were wonderful though the water was a bit cold. We loved the area with its many beaches to explore, the downtown area with an amazing pier and lighthouse with museum all close together. We had a fantastic time and made memories to last a lifetime. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation.

perfect and great if you have 1 or more people and a small pet. Its peaceful, private and decorated great and easy to go enjoy the island convenient and quiet. Location is amazing and i think its a great spot here. Its got a great little room for kids and beach vibe. loved.

Great location and amenities.

This location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to the Pier Village for shopping, food and enjoying the pier and park. We preferred to drive to the beach access but some people would consider it very walkable. The townhome was lovely. We only had a question or two for the owner and she was very responsive. She was also helpful with questions we had before our trip. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the lake and pool. The clubhouse had some nice games for all ages but we spent most of our time outside.

Quiet, safe and comfy!

Darlene was an excellent host! You can tell she’s put a lot of thought into the decor in this home with its nautical theme and amazing antiques. Our family of three stayed here while we explored Peaches to Beaches (Georgia’s biggest garage sale) and were comfortable. My son especially loved the hideaway bunk bed room :) I highly recommend stopping by Wake Me Up Coffee Company and Sea Salt Healthy Kitchen for great local food nearby. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area :)
